The hotel grounds are beautiful & the sunset is gorgeous, other than that the whole dining experience was horrible!! First off we got seated next to a large group on the patio smoking cigars, I asked to be moved & then we got seated at a table right next to the kitchen doors, it was loud busy and to make matters worse one of the staff was dragging out a bag of food & garbage and it ripped open right next to our table & was disgusting & I lost my appetite!! Our waitress didn’t even apologize or help him clean up the mess!! I complained to the hostess & asked to speak to the manager, he or she never came so again I went to her again after dinner & asked her if she told anyone she just looked at me, I don’t think she even told anyone!! I went inside the hotel & complained to the front desk & all he did was apologize. The hamburger was horrible dry and the shrimp cocktail wasn’t good. We had great expectations & This place fell short!! Go to Louise’s Backyard for a great dinner & beautiful sunset!!

We ate here for dinner; the beachside location can’t be beat. There was also some great live music. The food was very good - we had the short rib, lobster ravioli, and the lava cake. The service was extremely slow and it seemed like there weren’t enough waiters working though.

Well started off with 2 menus for 5 people and now they were not short - was ignored by staff for 15 mins - drinks took a long time to come out - ordered the surf and turf and everything came out cold not warm or hot

Overall disappointing Service was slow once seated but even getting seated was problematic with the hostess saying she will find us once a table was ready( party of 3) then seated a party that came after us (party of 4). Had to speak up Food mediocre do yourself a favor go elsewhere

this is an outdoor dinning site at the Casa Marina and it was cold and windy that night. We were under heaters. Though it was rather empty service from the kitchen was extremely slow. My granddaughter ordered a peaflower lemonade - the peaflower does not add flavor but adds color that changes due to the lemonade acidity. Well it came out with no color at all. We sent it back and then it had some color as it should have had to begin with. We had the seafood tower which was very expensive but very good. Everything was very expensive and it cost $400 for 5 of us to eat with only one desert and one drink.
