DOSALAS is a new experience. We’ve given up “traditional” in favor of a more engaging, dynamic + interactive dining adventure.     The food was underwhelming over priced to say the least. For a tequila bar, the mixed drink was very mediocre- there was too much lime, the drink itself tasted like it had salt in it, and we could not taste the mezcal. We asked for a shot of tequila and it came in a champagne glass….It’s definitely a place for influences to go to take photos and hang out. It’s not a place to get good food. The furniture and decor were cheap and looked gaudy and tacky. The floor looked disgusting - leaves and debris everywhere. The only good thing there was the server - she was so sweet and very accommodating. Had it not been for her, we would have left immediately after getting our appetizer. If you’re a wannabe influencer with no taste buds and love gaudy, tacky decor then come here. You’ll fit right in with all the others the come here. If you want better food go to your local 7-eleven.

    For some reason, this restaurant has decided that fragrance is a good idea to expose people to while they’re eating and they have fragrance throughout the restaurant. It smells like Abercrombie and made me sick.

    We ordered the paella. The muscles were as dry as a cotton ball with no flavor, felt like they were purchased from the freezer section of 7-Eleven. We added octopus to it, which made it a reasonable. The shrimp was a good portion. If we did not add the octopus, I would’ve not been happy with the meal.

    I didn’t realize the fire table was going to be outside so we sat at the bar instead. Drinks had a lot of sugar, not a lot of low sugar options. Appetizers & drinks were small & very pricey. Service was not super attentive.

    Met a co-worker for early lunch so it was very quiet and service was excellent. Fresh ingredient margaritas and delicious shrimp tacos.
