DOSALAS is a new experience. We’ve given up “traditional” in favor of a more engaging, dynamic + interactive dining adventure. Whether you choose to sit on our fully enclosed and heated Pearl Deck overlooking the water, or any of our many seating areas, we present a series of curated plates as they’re prepared, allowing you to indulge in the flavors of Latin America with your friends + family. When we make a reservation, we expect to be seated at that time—what’s the point of reserving otherwise? Not only did we have to wait 20 minutes past our reservation just to be seated, but once we finally got a table, no one even came to take our order. We sat there for another 30 minutes just waiting for drinks, and then our food took an entire hour to arrive. It was absolutely ridiculous—we were literally about to leave when we finally saw our food coming. If we hadn’t seen it, we would have walked out. To be fair, our waiter did make up for it, but the wait times were unacceptable.

Made reservations at 8:30 , got sent upstairs at 9:00 just to wait some more at a tiny table , took another 15 minutes to sit us at our actual table. As we were walking to our table another party of 4 sat at the table that was supposed to be ours. We got moved to another table. The staff lacks communication. Took another 10 minutes for them to take out order. At this time we have been waiting for more than an hour just to get sat down. The food was not great either. Asked for a medium rare NY strip which was completely undercooked , still rare. The steak itself was extremely chewy and tough due to all the tendons and the quality of the meat. My girlfriend’s salmon was full of little pin bones that were not removed during the prep process. She was not able to finish her food from how bad it was. We ordered brussels and pork belly which was extremely oily and the pork belly was extremely overcooked. Paid 170$ not to count tip for this terrible experience. Not the mention the extremely loud music playing the whole night. Definitely the first and last time I will be going there. If you’re reading this go somewhere else ! You can find much better food for the amount you’re paying here.

Food was amazing, service was not. Waited too long for drink order, too long for main order, requested water twice, but apparently tap water costs too much.

Great food, better service than before, but can still be improved. Music is way too loud to visit.

Very poor service. Given it was Valentine’s Day and they were clearly overbooked. Still ended up being a 4 hour trip before we even got food. Food was lukewarm at best. They didn’t want to accommodate to my allergies due to the “mass amount of people” (we were the last ones in almost, with reservation). We showed up 10 minutes early for our 10:15pm. Didn’t get seated till 11:15. Didn’t get asked for drinks until 11:30. Food didn’t show up till 12:30. Instantly grabbed the bill and left. Very disappointed, will not be showing up again. All of this and a 5 piece chicken skewer being $15 when the full course chicken is 40 is outrageous. The table manager was a good guy, sucks that he has to work at a place so bad. Won’t let me attach a picture but bathroom was filthy too.

Took my girlfriend out for dinner on valentines, had a reservation but it took a while for us to get seated. Not complaining though, they were very vocal and polite about it.

Just wanted to thank everyone at Dosalas for a wonderful experience last night and especially our host Sabrina for making us feel like dinning at a friend’s restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Thank you 😊
