When Lisa and Vicente Gutierrez launched Dos Hermanos Taco Truck in 2012, all they had was a borrowed food truck and a dream. With just $2,000 in savings and no formal business education, they decided to give the mobile food truck business a chance. Their brand, authentic Oaxacan-style recipes, and dedication to using the best local ingredients, led to long lines and raving fans. Since expanding from a food truck to 4 brick-and-mortar locations, guests can now frequent Dos Hermanos in Easton Town Center, the historic North Market Downtown, the North Market at Bridge Park, and Food Fort 2.0.

The only good thing I can say about this place is I had a reservation for four and that was an accident it was supposed to be for six but they were able to see all six of us right away without any delay in that but upon first arrival at our table we were given chips and our drink order was taken then we waited and waited and waited and waited for the server to come over and take our food order and then we waited a little bit longer and finally got our drinks and then waited some more and finally got our food it took us from 6:30 when we arrived to almost 8:00 for everything we were dismissed by employees one manager wanted to help but the other manager was ambivalent to our request for food and our refills on our drinks now one positive was the food was really good but actually not for the price that we paid will not be going back very disappointed but it is what it is they did not make it a special dinner which it was supposed to be an anniversary / Valentine's Day dinner for me and my fiance to celebrate with our friends.

Service was awesome and food was great. My only complaint was the nats/flying bugs that really made my bday celebration not so great. I would visit again with the hope that it would be bug free

Carnitas were dry in both of our dishes. It was loud and chilly in the restaurant.

Amazing experience! Went for thanksgiving and the staff was SO nice. Had a great meal too.

First time trying this place. We met some friends there and we all enjoyed it. Our server, Jose was very good.

We had a party of 7 for a lowkey celebration. The waitstaff was wonderful and the food was very good. We ordered a plethora of dishes; chicken wings with and without sauce, sample platter, fried shrimp, quesadilla, enchilada, etc. All the food was pretty delicious and there was even enough to take away. I highly recommend Dos Hermanos for your dining pleasure if you’re out at Easton.

Food is unseasoned...no flavor...I ate a little and that was it....ordered a frozen strawberry daiquiri and it wasn't frozen...it was warm ...the machine/blender they make the frozen drinks out of is VERY LOUD and you can't hear yourself talk...its was very annoying...no one wore hair nets or had their hair pulled back ina ponytail, not even the manager who was handling the food also..thats was my first and last time going there....the people I was with felt the same after they took their drink back....very, very, very disappointed

The service was quick and attentive. We had a large party of 9 and everyone enjoyed their food. The food was flavorful and delicious!

This is our go-to spot to meet friends who work not far away. Food is good, all the dishes we ordered were very good except for the chicken mole that was a little dry. The were accommodating and made virgin margaritas on happy hour. We'll be back!
