Restaurant was relatively empty, but took forever to get our food. Steak was cooked incorrectly and came out 20 minutes late. Burger came out 10 minutes after the rest of the food.

Food took lengthy amount of time to come out despite the restaurant being 20% full on a Sunday at 12:45 pm., food arrived at 1:30. One of the dishes was dropped on the way to the table and while they expedited a replacement, that didn’t improve the general wait time and nothing was comped on the bill as consideration. Probably will not be returning.

Staff is not well trained. Server had no idea how to pour wine . Very nice person but not well instructed. The staff spends a lot of time talking to each other not focused on customers. The brussels sprouts horrid it a trend all most restaurants serve brussel sprouts but these were burned and not edible. The bread was very good and the Lebanese hummus top notch. The place has promise but wow long way to go.

We love this restaurant. The service is skilled and friendly. Every dish we have ordered is delicious.

Can’t wait to return. The food and service were excellent. Went for Sunday lunch. My husband loved the chicken pot pie. Our friend’s pizza was delicious. My Mediterranean salad with rotisserie was a winner!

This was my second visit to Doughbird and it was really disappointing. Despite having a reservation we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Not a huge deal but then food delivery was very slow, service was perfunctory and the Margherita pizza was basically inedible. All the mains were mediocre at best. The highlight was the hummus. Really pricey for the quality and there are just too many great choices in Dallas to return.

Great food. Need to put something on the ceiling to cut down the noise as it was so loud in the restaurant it was hard to hear the person speaking across the table

The restaurant was great but the management need to hire more waitstaff. One guy was literally taking care of half the restaurant. Came once for drink and app order, brought drinks but no water, then we had to hail someone down to get water. App was dropped off by food runner - who we had to ask for plates and then he came back to take food order. It seems every time we needed something we had to either wait to hail someone other person down! Service is a problem due to short staffed situation

Love the concept and the food would have been great… however, the service was terrible (forgot two of the items we ordered) and multiple items came out cold. Also, half of our pizza was missing cheese. Seems like we weren’t the only ones, as we were told they were having timing issues with multiple tables…
