   Overall I love the food, the waiter was nice. The negative side was service was slow. The young man had about 7 tables to wait on upstairs and downstairs. I guess they need more wait staff. And being such a classy establishment, you shouldn’t have to wait on your water to be refilled. I love the he place just need to work on getting more help. I will go back❤️

   Celebrating my two yrs anniversary here was amazing. Very first time here and won’t be the last. Our service was fantastic she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Going on a Wednesday night was very intimate atmosphere, loved it!!

   I wish I had good things to say about this place but I wouldn’t be able to tell you considering my experience. I had reservations for 2. It was my daughter birthday, paid for valet just to not even get a chance to enjoy the ambiance or food. The 3 most rudest, unorganized, unprofessional hostess were the icing on the cake. I arrive at 9 pm for 9:15 reservations just to tell me that it would be an hour and 30 mins before we were sat. The lobby was full of guests who was also waiting and there was no seating room at all. They provide complimentary champagne but had to wait at least 30 minutes to get that upon arrival just for me to be given a wet glass that was dripping all over me. It’s very unfortunate considering that I am a fan of fine dining and supporting my people but this place definitely needs to regroup and get the reservations and time limit restrictions together. My experience was 0 stars and although the ambiance seems beautiful I didn’t get to see any of it and my daughter birthday dinner was ruined. All 3 of the host needs to be retrained or fired. I knew it was bad when the Chef came out in his apron which should never leave the kitchen with it on and tell the other party who I end up knowing they had been waiting over an hour also. My experience was terrible.m!!!!!

   Made a reservation for 8:30pm a week in advance and when I showed up I still waited an hour and half to be seated. Other than them not being organized knowing Saturdays care busy days everything else was great. Great hostess accommodate you with champagne for the wait, customer service was still great even with all the stuff going on. We had a great server her babe was Kezzie she had great hospitality. If you try this restaurant don’t go on a Saturday. I would suggest a bigger waiting area for walk ins etc.

   We had reservations for 7:15 plus we have to order food and eat and at 8:17 we were asked if we can move to the bar area for the next reservation . I eat out to experience a lot of nice restaurants and has never ever been asked to move. It’s not my problem they over booked . I will never return .

   The food looks like it taste better online. The restaurant is too cold. The drinks are good and strong and service was great.

   The ambiance was amazing…but they were out of several liquors to make their signature drinks, they were out of gumbo, snapper, and Yakemain. I ordered the shrimp as a last resort and they were rancid. Ordered the Winton greens….its one egg roll sliced into 6 pieces for $18.00. Won’t go back. The waitress was very nice and apologetic.

    I definitely don't recommend going after brunch or maybe on a Sunday. I appreciate management coming out to explain their challenges, but there were 1 too many excuses. We couldn't get the gumbo dumpling because the chef wasn't happy with the outcome. We couldn't get another dish, because they were transitioning from brunch to dinner. We couldn't get any dessert because they had a big event on Saturday night and were out. To state it will be a dining experience, it wasn't a great experience. The customer service from our hostess and waitress was great. It's disappointing to have great customer service, flavorful food, but a disappointing experience. The second manager tried to rectify the situation by giving us a discount for our next visit that expired 2/31/25. Yes, he wrote February 31st. Unfortunately, first impressions mean a lot and this experience was subpar. The food was good, just be prepared to not be able to order everything off the menu.
