On this, The restaurants original site, Doyles on the Beach opened Australia's first seafood restaurant in 1885. We have been family owned and operated for over 5 generations.

The restaurant internationally famous and a mecca for Sydneysiders and tourists alike, offering a stunning range of fresh seafood for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.

Family Friendly, Great for date night!, indoor & outdoor dining located right next to the beach. We cater for families, business lunches, special events, weddings & special occasions. private rooms available.

Visit our newly opened open-air Garden Bar (open daily 11.30am - late) , try one of our refreshing cocktails, a draught beer or a glass of wine before dining in the restaurant or why not order from the garden bar menu. (reservations excepted for both the restaurant & garden bar)

    Doyle’s was an outstanding experience. Fresh food, expertly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the grilled octopus and fish and chips with grilled John Dory. My wife had the fish and chips with fried Whiting. Portions were large and wonderful! Highly recommended!

    The market fish was a little dry and tasteless but my wife’s dory was superb.

    We booked our table to ensure we got a great location. On arrival, we were offered a table in full sun, which was unacceptable on a hot day. After discussion with front of house staff, they initially offered a table inside which we declined. A subsequent offer gave us a table outside in shade which was great. Food and service was very good after our initial disappointment with the table seating.

    A beautiful location, right on the beach, book for a chance to get in. We had a fabulous lunch. Staff were very attentive but not pushy.

    Baked Camembert from the Woolies $2 Camembert and walnuts thrown over the top.m and we charge $20 for that Tuna tartare tasteless other than the truffle mayonnaise served underneath. Prawn salad inedible - my 1st prawn sand grit ok for one but by the third prawn I just couldn’t do it. Waited 15 mins for a bill which I then ended up standing up and getting myself

    Gorgeous food…I chose pearl perch and my partner had whiting in beer batter. Service was friendly and attentive.

    The fish was really fresh and tasted amazing. Mocktails and desserts were delicious too. Coupled with a beautiful view, this was a special evening spent with our visitor from the UK. Many thanks.

    Amazing views at sunset looking cal to Sydney. Superb food (of course we had fish and chips) and wonderful service by our waitress (Sofia). Wonderful !
