   Unfortunately not very authentic and food didn’t taste fresh. Also not to be mean but the member of staff who served us should use deodorant…

   Poor service compared to usual. Also the doors were open and we were cold all night.

   We have been for dim sum at Dragon Castle many times and the food is always great. However, it is some time since we last visited and the service has gone really downhill. It took 30 mins+ for our first food to arrive and it then came in dribs and drabs over a two hour period. We had to ask twice for the order to be completed. The bill at the end was all over the place. Such a shame as it was a birthday meal and we had chosen this restaurant as a treat. Suspect it is much better mid week rather than on a busy Sunday. Also it is absolutely freezing in the restaurant.

   Sunday is the busiest day for Dim Sum but they’d run out of several dishes, bottled water and ice by the time we sat down. Food was tepid and all the sauces seemed rationed! They messed up the order - which can happen - but then after 40 minutes, they still hadn’t managed to make a fried rice and a noodle! No apology - just a surly waiter who couldn’t give a damn. Their apology? A can of coke! There’s so, so many better places. Don’t waste your money.

   Excellent food as always best outside of China Town :) but service was lacking had to wait ages to get a drink and had to ask for menus and chilli oil about 5 times.

   We booked in advance for a special Chinese New Year dinner for 10 of us. When we arrived they didn’t have a big enough table ready for us which was disappointing. We were ushered to the back of the restaurant where it was freezing cold. The manager did his best to accommodate us with a heater which helped with some of us. As we were so far away from the front of the restaurant the service was extremely slow and there was no ambience. It took a long time before we got served our first dish and quite a wait before thereabouts dishes came. Once they did the food was outstanding. Everyone was super happy and loved every dish.

   Solid rather than sensational food, although a few dishes did dazzle, including fried prawn rolls, pan-fried pork dumplings and sensational roast pork cheung fun. Good value, fast service. Lacked atmosphere, but would happily return at a busier time when it's likely to be more lively.
