   The food was scrumptious. I was most impressed because I have a wide array of allergies. The Maitre D took that very seriously and I was assured at each course which foods were safe for me and which were not. We left stuffed and even took two entire dinners home. It is my favorite restaurant in Wellesley and we might plan a wedding rehearsal dinner here. Thank you for the great food and attention to detail.

   Food was good Lighting in the restaurant was too bright-had a cafeteria feel. The waiter was good (although I ordered my meal with no dairy and my entree came with dairy on the plate and the waiter seemed put out that I asked for it to be fixed). Every runner basically threw the food on the table and ran. I had to chase someone down to get salt/pepper. Made it a very chaotic experience.

   We had a great time at Dryft. Our waitress was great until it got very busy and she forgot about us. The food was all very good except the lobster which was a little rubbery. Cocktails were great! We’d definitely go back again!

   Perhaps we didn't order the best options, but we were a little disappointed after finally getting a reservation there. The food was ok, not great. Worse, it was so loud, it really was not enjoyable to have a conversation with my party. Everyone is sort of yelling at each other to be heard.

   This was our first visit and it won’t be our last! We found Dryft in a Google search while looking for a nice place for a Valentine’s Day dinner. The restaurant was beautiful inside, had a great menu, and even better service. Thiago took great care of us and was patient with my many questions about the wine. After sharing my taste preferences (and lack of wine knowledge), he recommended the perfect glass of white wine for me. My wife was also excited to see they had several mocktails to choose from and loved the one she ordered. We ordered the mussels which were delicious, two lobster gnocchi dishes which were also great, and the crème brûlée that my wife is still talking about the next day!

    The manager at Dryft, Fernando, was one of the best restaurant managers I have ever had. He was observant and paid attention to what customers were doing. I ordered Earth Bowl for appetize and Lobster Scampi for my maim course. The Earth Bowl was great. It was well prepared and perfectly seasoned. I had expected a Scampi dish to be prepared with garlic butter and white wine. I did not taste any garlic and the gnocchi was overcooked and mushy. The restaurant was very busy, but Fernando noticed me pushing the Lobster Scampi around so he came over to ask for my feedback. Once he ascertained my concerns with the dish, he suggested that I tried their Shrimp Limoncello. After I had a chance to try the dish, he came over to make sure it was prepared to my liking. The Shrimp Limoncello dish was delicious and the fettucine was perfectly cooked. Fernando was professional, friendly, and courteous, but I am most impressed with his attention to detail. I also want to give credit to our waiter who was also very friendly and attentive, not over the top, just genuinely nice. Everything ended on a very good note, and I would definitely come back.
