The iconic dim sum is to Cantonese culture, what the traditional Sunday Roast is to the UK.
At Dumplings’ Legend, they greatly respect this tiny parcel of yummy goodness, sticking to traditional methods but adding a twist. Spicy pork and spicy crayfish may not be new to you – perhaps you’ve had it with rice or in a soup, but in a soup dumpling known in Chinese as a Xiaolongbao? We thought not. That’s because these guys are the first to come up with this clever filling idea and it’s gone down a treat.
But that’s just two of nine options you’ll find on their taste-tingling menu, plus an impressive 47 variations of the much-loved dim sum. All made in their open-plan, glass-walled, kitchen before your very eyes.
In fact, their dumplings are so loved that they make an incredible 8,000 every day – if you were to stack them up, The Shard would cower in their towering shadow.
So, whatever shape and size you’re into, you can bet your bottom dumpling there’ll be something just right for you.

We went to our booking only to be told that the management don't recognise open table despite it still being on their website - they might as well have told us to get lost! So so rude, never have i experienced such hostile service. I had my two children with me but was shown absolutely no regard at all. Disgusting.

Unfortunately this restaurant does not recognise open table bookings and our family get together was nearly spoilt. Please remove or resolve with the management of Dumpings Legend London.

First tim Dim Sum experience, food was absolutely delicious will be sure to return. Service fast and efficient.

Food and service were amazing but the food was definitely over priced. Would return again but I’d br caution if what I was ordering

Pretty delish dumplings! A bit more expensive than we thought it would be. Food was still really great though!

Do not go to this place we booked for 5 adults plus one toddler, the que was out the door, but of course we booked went straight in to be told booking through open table doesn’t count go to the back of the que, we were so embarrassed and with the people we were with , they would not budge on this and then totally ignored us completely!!! Absolutely disgusting, please do not go to this place they should be shut down!!!

I booked a table here for my husbands belated birthday dinner - and when we arrived there was a very large queue for people who had not booked - we went through and advised a table had been booked under the name and they advised they have not used Open Table for over a year! I was confused and annoyed as this was booked over 2 months agos and I had even received an email the day before to confirm we would be coming. I was asked to speak to the manager who then shouted and said she doesnt care and that we should sanitise hands and sit at that table. When ordering the food - we ticked the dim sums and dumplings, which was the whole point of being there as my husband loves dim sums and dumplings - and chose the pork and Veg ones - but i asked the waiter if he could confirm these would be ok as my husband is allergic to prawns - the waiter came back and we were shocked to hear all of them including the veggie ones had prawns in the sauce to enrich the sauce and give it the flavour. Nowhere on the menu does it say anything about allergies or that even the veggie ones had prawns - which was very disappointing.

Although I had booked, I still needed to wait outside in the cold. When we were seated it took a while for someone to take our order as well. However, the food was AMAZING! I had ¼ duck pancakes, vegetable spring rolls and chicken bao buns. Delicious!
