It’s been our third time at Dungowan Brewery- and it never disappoints. Great place to showcase our area to our visiting guests. Service and food were excellent as always.

The food was very average, squid was sent back and no charge for the very fatty pork belly, great waiting staff.

Food was excellent, including the meal options available on the menu. One of our party was vegan and the Celeriac steak was great. Desserts were great, the chocolate pudding perhaps too much in the end but delicious all the same. Service was great with the right amount of time between courses. The craft beers were great - excellent chance to try something different and in my opinion, better than the more commercial varieties. No pressure to eat and leave which made it a really pleasant afternoon and a chance to walk around the property afterwards. The only fault, and a minor one at that, is that perhaps the music was a touch loud? A couple of our group are softly spoken. Overall a great experience and one we would all do again. Thank you.

We had a very long wait from arrival to ordering & receiving dinner (approx 1 hr 30 mins) - it was not a busy night. Bar staff were fantastic, wait staff were very underwhelming. We were seated at a table in front of open doors at night time with a very cool breeze blowing in, we asked to close doors, put heaters on or move to an unused table & were refused. Eventually the doors were closed.

I understand that your wait time from arrival to receiving your dinner felt lengthy. We checked your docket times, and while I acknowledge that your mains arrived approximately 30 minutes following your starters, it’s important to note that this means you didn’t wait the entire 90 minutes to be fed. Your overall dining duration was around 90 minutes. I apologise for the discomfort caused by the cool breeze at your table. I understand you requested to close the doors, turn on heaters, or move to another table, and I'm sorry we couldn’t accommodate you immediately.
