   If they would serve just normal good home cooked food all the time it would be fantastic. Some of the stuff they serve is just plain awful.

   Great food. We made a reservation, since we had never been. It was quiet and somewhat dark. We were told ONLY the electrician could adjust lighting. They are on a TIMER. Our waitress brought our appetizers and then disappeared. I had to go to the BAR and ask for service :-( Variety of food is GREAT & Delicious!

   We ate at Dusty Trail on New Year's Eve. The food was outstanding, the presentation was artistic and lovely, and the staff were friendly. All in all it was a wonderful evening and I would highly recommend eating at Dusty Trail.

   We were pleasantly surprised by Dusty Trail Cafe & Steakhouse. The atmosphere is fun with the taxidermy animals and the western decor. We went on a Sunday so we only experienced the Sunday Brunch menu. The food we selected was very good (Country Fried Chicken & Eggs, Inside-Out BLT, Southwest Salad). We did have the BIG Cinnamon Roll and while it was large enough to feed the four of us we weren't as impressed with the taste. It lacked the gooiness you expect from a really good cinnamon roll. There was a lot of bread to it. While the cinnamon roll wasn't our favorite we definitely all agreed we'd come back based on our main choices. It would be fun to try their regular menu out if their Sunday Brunch offered such good options. We'd definitely recommend and will be back.

   We both enjoyed Pork Chops with hasselback potato, campfire beans and spiced apples. Very good service from all the staff. Drove down from Lincoln will be making the trip again.

   Three options for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Food was good. Advertised as a "family style" service on Sunday lunch but is not served family style (i.e. shared sides) which was confusing. The dessert was included and with interesting options such as chai ice cream and chocolate bread pudding which were both wonderful. They served our children milk in GLASS cups with no lids. When questioned on this the server said they were only allowed to serve milk in glasses. Management should look at that policy as it is strange and not feasible for small children. She did bring us to go cups with lids for us to dump the milk into so that worked, but seemed wasteful of her time and made for extra dishes. The decor is super cute and fitting for the location.

   This was our second time to dine at the Dusty Trail. We've been here for supper/drinks, as well as, lunch for Mother's Day. The food was delicious, both times. A special thanks to Karen for her gracious hospitality, throughout our meal! ☺

   We celebrated Mother’s Day for my mother and wife. We had reservations And were quickly seated. The food was excellent and the service was above average. We will definitely return to the dusty trail again.

    We stopped in for lunch on Mother’s Day and had a delicious and fresh salad, mouth watering prime rib, perfect mashed potatoes, and heavenly desserts. We can’t wait to go back - what a hidden gem!
