Located in the Gramercy near Russell and Ft. Apache, DW Bistro has been a vibrant Las Vegas destination, blending New Mexican and Jamaican flavors. Owners Bryce Krausman and Chef Dalton Wilson offer a unique dining experience just off the Strip.

Signature dishes include the Salmon Bowl, Chicken Curry Bowl, and crispy Flautas, while brunch-only favorites like Jerk Chicken & Waffles and Chilaquiles shine on weekends. Don’t miss the fan-favorite Carrot Cake for dessert. Pair your meal with crafted cocktails, including the refreshing Jamaican Mojito, rich DW Espresso Martini, and Chef Dalton’s Bloody Mary. Brunch mimosas start at $30 a bottle.

As DW Bistro prepares to close on April 6, 2025, we invite you to savor every moment. Starting January 2025, weekend brunch will be first-come, first-served only. No reservations will be accepted. Join us for a final celebration of bold flavors and warm hospitality.

Met two others for a business lunch. Good location for that as it is convenient off the freeway to Henderson and Summerlin. Food and service was good but always have issues with the sound. Been there a few times for Sunday Brunch and struggle to hear anyone not sitting next to you. Same issue yesterday and the place was 3/4 full.

I LOVE this restaurant and have for years. It just keeps getting better.....There are so many wonderful meals offered and I have tried many of them but my absolute favorite is the Turkey Burger on the Brioche bun with the chutney on it.....I do it without the jerk seasoning, just my choice! Everyone here is truly family and that is how you are treated!

If you get the opportunity to go to a Chef Lanny event… Do not hesitate!!! DW will be missed after they close in April!

Ordered the DW salmon bowl and never looked back. Pro tip: it doesn’t actually come in a bowl but was fantastic. Salmon had a crisp coating and was moist inside - ordered it medium. It comes with a healthy amount of veggies and rice. Recommend! Dinner mate ordered the New Mexican red chile pork which he loved - has a bite, as expected- and took some home. Next time will have to sample the pesto torte starter- it sounds delish!

DW bistro was so much fun. They actually had a theme of pajamas going on this week. The food is great. The atmosphere is great. The music is great. The people are wonderful. Wish it would just continue and keep going on and on and on. Hope it never goes out of business.
