Really enjoyed the Shisha lounge with and live music/ dj, they made me feel special on my birthday. After we had the table for 2 hours we had to leave, so I wish we would have been able to stay in the venue and not have to re queue to enter. Other than that it was good vibes and I’ll be back!

The rudeness of the floor manager at the end of our stay took away the whole experience. We understand that there is a time limit on tables however how you speak to people and customer is key! Saying “i have told you already, get up and get out now!” In a stern tone, we are not kids! Shame we had heard good things about this place but I will never recommend it.

Rude management stating the money we spent is nothing and someone spends 20k a month in here ect

Too small .. food portion is small too and the waiters lack customer service. I constantly felt like i was being rushed to leave so they could free up tables .. it’s not enough space for how packed it gets

Service was not great at all. Showed up on time for our reservation and got seated 45 mins later. Felt rushed, had to ask multiple times for basic things such as water, utensils, paper towels, plates etc. The music and environment was dope, people there were enjoying the vibe. Came to visit from NYC and sad to have had an experience at a place with that many people recommended.

First time at Eadn! The DJ was a hit!!! The good and atmosphere was great!!! Will definitely be back!!

They gave our table away, we had booked for the shisha lounge even though we arrived within the grace period and had called several times, emailed and texted (as informed on the website). They then gave us a table an hour later but in the restaurant which we were then told we had only an hour to be in there so we could only get starters and drinks (although the table opposite us were able to get mains) We later found out they were holding the table we originally booked for for a larger group of people Overall poor experience, literally felt like we were fighting for our life to get in. We wanted a nice night out for our girls birthday before she was moving country and it was ruined

Words to not even begin to describe how poor the customer service was. We were held up outside by the intense security checks so we’re 5 mins late to our booking. We were then told to wait at the bar of which you can’t order drinks from for 45 minutes. Once seated service was slow and incompetent with mains arriving at different times without sides which you’d then have to chase up to three members of staff for. Cocktails were disappointing in line with how we felt about dessert. Staff were unbothered and clearly felt the saxophonist and DJ would distract from how terrible everything was.
