Eagle Brook Saloon is a classic American sports bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself features a Wild West type of setting, with saddles, swinging doors and other cowboy paraphernalia adorning the walls. One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots. His connection has made this a hangout for the Patriots players and coaches, and it is not unusual to catch sight of them at the bar.

Eagle Brook Saloon serves hearty portions inspired by the Old West. Appetizers include the Boot Hill chili and the Carson City stew with beef and potatoes. The rest of the menu is divided up into burgers, sandwiches, poultry, beef, seafood, pizza and desserts.

I’ve never been there but my dining partner has been there multiple times. When I walked in I couldn’t help it but it smelled like dead ground sirloin in there really really bad. All I can think is that they needed very badly to clean their grease trap. Gross.. just gross. I had fish tacos which were good and subbed a salad for the rice. I most likely won’t be back. I’m very sensitive to the smells.

We were regulars until we moved to RI 5 years ago and jumped at the chance to meet friends there for our favorite crispy buffalo wings and pizza. If anything the pizza was better than we remembered the crust was ever so slightly thinner and cooked to perfection. The wings ordered crispy but really weren’t. They needed more time in the pizza oven. Good not not great like we remembered. We got enough for leftovers and expect them to be amazing reheated in our air fryer today.

Good food and service... place seemed cleaner than past experiences and only negative was that it was quite noisy

Great bar pizza, great wings, love the whole Western Saloon decor! Great selection of local beers as well, though I had the kids with me so I stuck to soda. In any case, the wife and I will absolutely be back there sooner rather than later!

We have dined at Eagle Brook for years. We like the vibe, the service and usually the food. That said, my wife enjoyed the Mediterranean Salad with grilled chicken, and the calamari. I did not like the Oven Roasted Chicken, something I have never ordered there. It was dry and hard to eat, way too many bones to pick through. Sorry to be critical of a place my wife and I usually enjoy. Our server Janene is the best, our favorite server.

Eagle Brook is a favorite of ours, nice to see them on Open Table. We've been going there for years. Jeanene is our favorite server. We had a couple of specials, the open range burger and the sausage shrimp and rice bowl, both were delicious.

Eagle Brook Saloon is a nice venue to gather with friends for a simple meetup over drinks and appetizers or for a full dining experience. Our reservation process was easy and efficient. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Our drinks weren't as chilled as expected. Our food orders were cooked properly and served in a timely manner. Overall I would give Eagle Brook Saloon a 4 star rating out of 5.
