Do not eat here. Food was horrible. Overpriced, cold all 4 courses were a disaster. Will never go back there again.

Save your money and go elsewhere. This makeshift restaurant (the Main Dining Room is being renovated) is just that. It lacks any kind of ambiance or cozy feel as it is an event hall. Three of the six meals were cold (two Rack of Lamb were very cold and chicken raviolis were barely warm), most likely due to the fact that they were being cooked in one place and delivered to another. Drinks were extremely limited due to few ingredients at the portable bar. The waitress spoke minimal English and was unable to describe meal items. Wish they would have shared this info prior to booking hotel. This might be one reason the parking lot to this huge hotel is rather empty. Invited friends to join us for dinner and it was embarrassing and less than good.

Christmas dinner was served in the "barn," a fact that wasn't told to me when making the reservation. It was VERY disappointing as the main dining room was the reason we chose the Eagle Mountain House for Christmas dinner. The food wasn't bad...just not anything to rave about. The server was terrific.

This review is being left after contacting the restaurant and making them aware of our experience with absolutely zero effort on their part to bring any resolution. I would steer clear of Eagle Landing. We had a 6:15 reservation. When we arrived we were sat promptly. Once seated it took 15 minutes for us to be acknowledged by the waitstaff. After receiving our drinks, there was another long pause before our food order was taken. The appetizer arrived and was fine. Then the long wait started again. My wife had ordered mac and cheese with a salad and I had ordered the lobster ravioli. When my ravioli arrived it looked like it had been under a heat lamp for way too long and was quite tough. My wife’s Mac and cheese arrived before her salad. Drink refills, not without asking. Again, this was taken with a grain of salt. You never know when growing pains are happening. The straw that broke the camels back was our waitress’s attitude. We felt like we were bothering her. At the end of the meal my wife had taken 3 bites of her Mac and cheese enough to decide it wasn’t for her. At this point we were ready to go but we already knew getting the check was going to be a problem (which it was). My wife ended up flagging the hostess down who found our waitress to get the check. Our waitress brought the check and began to take the plates away. Never once asking if everything was ok or if there was any issue with the food since it was obvious my wife had barely touched hers.

The service was fine, the food was terrible. My “lobster bisque” soup reappeared again as the “sauce” for under cooked lobster ravioli. The squash atop my husband’s salad was either thawed from a bag or just old. The “restaurant” is a run down function hall that is sparse and awkward and chilly (clearly some temp space), but this is not mentioned at the time of reservation. The prices are crazy for the quality of food - go elsewhere and save your money. Truly disappointing for a Christmas dinner.

Notably subpar experience. Very cold dining room (even waitstaff wearing either fleeces or jackets) because door to exterior directly exposed to main room. Limited menu and severely limited drink selections. Sparse decoration/ambiance. But no compensatory reduction in menu prices. Food good, portions small. Waitstaff friendly and service reasonably quick, perhaps because dining room <1/2 full. Note, dining has been moved from in-hotel restaurant to separate carriage house during renovations so not sure how applicable this review will be if/once restaurant is moved back to hotel after renovations are completed. However, I'd afraid it'd be hard to trust an Eagle Mountain management in the future that would create such a poor dining experience.

Nice experience. The restaurant is currently in a different location on the property. But over all our meal and service was great.

I’m assuming the regular restaurant was under construction; which I didn’t know when we booked it! Instead of a beautiful old tavern, we were in a large banquet hall. The service was amazing, the food was just ok, particularly for the price!

Food was average/ nothing special. Prices were high. Atmosphere was non-existent. Service was passable. This was our first dining experience at Eagle House and perhaps our last. We may try one more time once renovations are complete and regular dining room is open.

To be honest we showed up for our reservation and were so disappointed in the environment we left. The restaurant moved to the carriage house but it was set up with round banquet tables and was pound and tacky. This was supposed to be a getaway romantic dinner and we bailed. So maybe the food was amazing but we couldn’t get past the location.
