    Wait time at the restaurant was 20 to 25 mins inspite of reserving the table for our date night. And the staff was not very welcoming at the restaurant at the reception area at the main entrance of Earl's restaurant. They were all confused with the reservations on their list and giving tables to different people in the restaurant. A Total Chaos !! Not at all organized on the floor and reception area of the Earl's Restaurant .

It does look like we were late on getting you in as we sat you at 9:09 for your 9:00 reservation. I'm sorry for the lack of organization at our host area, definitely not a great way to start off the special night. I'll be reviewing with the team on how we can improve there.     Went for a date night. Overall, amazing experience! It was loud, but it personally doesn’t bother me. The staff were incredible. The food was top notch, except fries came out a tad cold. On the pricier side but I would say fair for what you get.

    Great place for an early supper. Not too crowded & noise level was good for visiting with our guests. Appy & main course were quite good. Earl’s is one of our favorites.

    It’s cold in Regina, but the staff at Earl’s are so warm! Oh, and the food’s good too, but only because of the warm reception and hospitality of the staff. Please keep it up and continue to raise the bar for service excellence!
