Pizza was overdone but edible. Lots of singed edges and crust was blackined in parts.

Great experience at earls happy hour! Food was excellent - we got the truffle fries and kale and mushroom pizza. Very tasty and well seasoned. I also got the red sangria.

I'm a regular at Earls, especially the Brentwood Location: This visit, our server was so disinterested in taking our order and we'd have to repeat requests multiple times. - asked for extra ginger, did not get it once the tuna appie arrived, had to wait to find someone who could find it. - explicitly asked for coffee with milk and honey, got cream instead, had to find a warm body to assist. - ordered dinner at 730, did not receive our entrees until 830, that never happened before - spoke to the server as to why, they sent someone over, they gave an apathetic sorry and said, her's 15% off. Very very disappointed in the lack of customer care on this visit.

Had a business meeting. I find many times the server doesn't know much about the wines and to my surprise. Rachel seemed well aware of the wine I was considering. Rachel was professional and friendly. We had some appies and overall the service and food were great. It was a bit noisy but lively, so it's not a bad thing.
