    Okay, here is my honest review and no harsh feelings are attached to it. I feel like the place have a chance of improvement. I had some really good memories of this place before October 2024. So things changed very recently. Not sure what happened I have been to the place twice, once in october and yesterday (nov 30), both of the times on Weekends (Saturday) Here are 5 mild concerns that really can be improved before it turns into major one. 1. If the group of people order same thing- but the quantity of the exact same thing differs it really upsets the mood. 2. Most of things were out of stock- had to change our order 2 times (both times of my visit) 3. You order something and get something completely different. Attention to details seems really off lately with lack of presentation. Examples- sangria with no fruits or any presentation. Not even an effort to make it look good. Specifically white sangria which was order mismatch of red sangria. 4. Your order takes toooo long to be served 5. The new california sushi is good but the presentation of dish is so inconsistent that they miss out on sauce, wasabi and ginger. Again have to remind and wait. I used to come to this place on multiple occasions and it used to be my favourite place. But lately the place lost its touch of taste, consistency, attention to details, and have been really unorganized with overwhelmed staff. Either increase the staff or just open for limited hours on weekends especially if half of the things go out of stock.

    Fantastic food and great service! The dining room was cold. Perhaps the heating hasn’t caught up to the plummeting temperatures outside.

    We had a lovely late lunch during Happy Hour and enjoyed some of those options. Everything was delicious and well presented. The area we were sitting at had a cold draft from the front door and the mall entrance area and this was the only negative.

    I had crab cake eggs Benedict and my meal was delicious. The service was very good. The music was a little loud for a Saturday afternoon. Overall it was a very good experience

    The food was good and our waitress was lovely. I made a reservation and stood in line til it was my turn to tell the Host I had one. There were others in front of me who did not have a reservation and were told to take a seat in the waiting area; I was told the same. I watched as 4 parties without reservations were seated before me which leaves me with the question why use the app and even make a reservation if they take you as first come, first served. That was the only negative issue that I encountered; otherwise the experience was pleasant.

    Our server, Sam was amazing. The food was mediocre at best. I had the chicken with noodles. There was barely any chicken there. There were barely any vegetables there, and the noodles were tasteless. For the prices that are being charged one would expect quite a bit more.

    Whenever I go to this location they always have a special talent of having the worst service ever. I had booked a dining room (front) table and they were really confused and wanted to seat us in the bar which we were told for a table in the dining room would be another 20 mins wait. Once we corrected them they realized they were wrong and sat us in the correct seat. We ordered gingerale and sparkling water and wine to start - the gingerale came with ice and lemon but when we asked for ice and lemon for the water we did not receive it. When we asked again we were told the gingerale already has ice and lemon? Finally the ice and lemon came but separately and by the time we got the ice the water was already finished. Wine was half price and was not discounted on the receipt. Another inconvenience of having to wait for this correction. Service is always an issue here at this location compared to Sherway, and Yorkdale. Save your time and drive to a better location

    I was disappointed in the service I received when I walked in. I want greeted as the person was on the phone and seemed busy. I just stood there until someone wise came up and I told her I had a reservation, she told me I could have a seat mix figured it was because I was waiting on someone she was about 10 mins early. The person I was waiting for came and we stood up to be seated, there were 3 women behind us who just walked in. We were told our table wouldn't be ready for until our reservation time - which was in 5 minutes and the other 3 ladies were seated ahead of us. We just sat there until we were finally called and there were plenty of tables and servers so it didn't make a lot of sense to wait on a Tues night. Our server was great, but neither of us could figure out what the wait was about. I guess making a reservation was the error.
