   We arrive on time, table was not ready. We order an entrance, a few minutes later waitress came back to inform that they are out of that entrance. We choose a different one. Them, we order the mains for our group, few minutes later, she came back again telling us that they are out of sirloin that was included in 4 of the 6 plates we ordered , and the only two options we had order an upgrade and pay 22$ extra per plate or to go with another option starting from the beginning, and checking if there are available before order. Really a back experience. We got out looking for another option because my group was very upset and don't like to continue choosing food that are not avaliable.

   This was our first time at Earl's. The reception at the front desk was excellent. We had to wait at least 10 minutes before our waitress arrived; she apologized. However, other guests who came in were served before us by other wait staff. That didn't seem right. We were surprised that at 7 p.m., they were out of 6-ounce steaks. We had to upgrade, for an additional $$, to a 9 or 12 oz. I've never encountered this before at any steak houses we've attended. Strange? The food was excellent. The first time we had Earl's sushi rolls, they were terrific -- a reason we would return to Earl's. The steaks were good but comparable to other steak houses.

   Server didn’t mention that the only available piece of meat available for the dish I ordered was $20 more until the bill came and I asked about it. Added $20 Dollar tip to the bill without asking, I thought the customer was the one who decides how much to tip. Either way I didn’t make a big deal of it because at the end of the day the server seemed new and I didn’t wanna cause a scene but still, train your servers a little better.

   Food and service was excellent, however, when tipping, beware that the restaurant has the machines programmed to add tip on top of the taxes. I didn't notice this until I got home. For this reason alone, I would think twice before dining at this location.

   The service was very slow. The waiter was a really nice guy, but I think new to job. I’m sure he would be great at his job as his personality was perfect for that type of restaurant, but needs help with skills of the job

   Awesome, again and again... extremely predictable If you have not tried the Canjun Blackened Chicken, with 2 Caesar salads (in place of warm potatoes salad and coleslaw) do try this dish. Flat out one of their very best

   My fiancee and I went to Earls for our anniversary and it was so special, the service was exceptional, and the food came out timely and delicious. We had the yuzu calamari as our appetizer and it was cooked to perfection! So tender and juicy. For our entrees we both got the 9oz steaks; whoever made them really knows how to cook! It was buttery smooth and seasoned with just the right amount. Overall a 10/10 experience.

   The server (Natasha) was excellent. I visit this location quite often and have noticed the last few times the host has been less than friendly. Today we checked in for our reservation and was told to have a seat and wait. After watching a number of people be seated ahead of us we realized we that we had been forgotten. With no apologies we were directed to a high top at the bar. When I asked to me moved to a table due to an accessibility issue I was disappointed with the rude response and told no, despite there being many tables available in the dinning area. The server picked up on our frustrations and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed . This was by far my favourite restaurant in Burlington, but with interactions like this I’m questioning my loyalty.
