   We had reservations on a Saturday at 515 which ideally is the start of the dinner rush. We were disappointed to learn that earls campus location doesn’t have an espresso/ coffee machine. Also they told us after ordering that there wasn’t tuna available. Just surprised that this location didn’t offer specifics to the menu without prior notice. A Saturday at 515 is a pretty essential time to make sure you have the supplies needed for the weekend. Hard to justify choosing to use our hard earned money or choosing a restaurant that doesn’t offer pretty basic and popular items on the menu.

   Rayna was our server and she was truly exceptional! She was attentive and funny, and never left us unattended for an extended period of time. Our food came out quickly. Our drinks were always full. She was hands-down the best server we have had at Earls ever. She was a perfect example of exactly how to provide exemplary customer service. We appreciate her very much.

   I recently dined at Earl's Restaurant and had an outstanding experience! The food was nothing short of amazing—each dish was crafted with care and bursting with flavor. Whether it was the appetizers or the main course, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was top shelf; the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure we had everything we needed and even offered great recommendations. Earl's is the perfect place to stop before a performance at the Jubilee. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it an ideal pre-show dining spot. I highly recommend Earl's for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic meal in a great setting!

   Servers were excellent…. Food was fast and fresh. Waitress ensured we had a chance at the happy hour menu despite only a few minutes before it ended.

   The food was very good, but they were busy and our server was unfortunately very slow in serving our table. Even though we ordered the meals at the same time as the appetizer, I made the mistake of asking for the appetizers first then the meals to come short time later -- it was a way longer than anticipated. I asked for more napkins and never received any. The server mentioned they would bring us more water and never did. My recommendation is this isn't the place if you have an event to go to --we made reservations expecting dinner to be an hour and we should have planned for 1.5 hours.
