    I haven’t been here in a long time. The menu has changed a lot but everything we had was delicious. Our drinks were great!! The Paloma was different the. I remembered but definitely better. Our server Katy was awesome! Friendly, courteous & accommodating.

    The service and ambiance are very nice. However, both times I’ve been here the drinks have been very weak and the food comes out cold. There are better options out there!

    My last experience at Earl's was not great due to the long wait time for food. The manager reached out to me to find out what the issues were. I can tell you that he listened and made the proper corrections. This experience was totally different. The service, food, server's, managers, everything was on point. I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves great food at a great location. Excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed. Big thank you to Barsam Youssef the manager for listening to your customers and keeping one of my favorite restaurants on point.

    We had a great family dinner as usual. Sam was delightful, professional, and real. We enjoyed our conversations with her and she is an asset to your company. Our server was extraordinary (sadly I do not remember his name because I did not catch it) but he is from Texas, tall, blonde, clean-cut, and has earrings. He was phenomenal!! Professional, friendly, and a great listener. We would love to have him again as our server when we go back. He is also an asset to your company; the best server we've had there. He and Sam should be commended for their outstanding professionalism!

    The food was delicious as usual! Unfortunately you all continue to change the menu items taking off the best selections that we love. Can you slow down or ask us as patrons what we would like to see on/off the menu.

    We had an amazing experience at Earls, thanks to our waitress, Addison. Her excellent service and sweet personality truly stood out. She made sure everything was perfect, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was great, and Addison’s outstanding service took the experience to the next level. Highly recommend requesting her if you visit!

    They have new items on the menu. The food was exceptional. Waygu sushi, Korean ribs, crab Benedict and pecan pie. All super tasty. Will definitely be back for brunch. Our waitress was very nice, helpful and attentive. 10 out of 10.
