   Wonderful dinner experience. Staff is polite & service was fast. The food was delicious, there is a nice selection of cocktails and beers available. Overall everything was great.

   Very amazing food and drinks, love the presentation and taste of food . Service was so good, The management team seems to be doing a really good job with all the people they bring in, they definitely deserve a night of appreciation from the owner because I have nothing but good things to say.

    the food and drink was good. The server was great and the tables and everything were nice. Seems like they did a renovation.

   service and speed was horrendous. arrived at 1145 am to a business meeting with a Client who had 3 of their employees attend. we chatted for a half hour or 35 mins before we ordered any food. We ordered food around 1230 pm. the food arrived at 145 pm. over an hour wait for 5 basic meals. horrible. sat their like fools wasting peoples time in the middle of the day. Three of them being a Clients employees. reservation was at noon. we finished and left at 230pm. never again will I host a meal or go to this Earls location. horrendous.

   We often go there and luckily get the same waiter And she is so great at her job very friendly

   I would recommend that no one go to Earls Guildford!!!! The Manager is the rudest man I have ever dealt with…. He needs to be removed from there staff!!!!!

   We arrived for our 815 reso on time, but had to wait 30 min for our table. With 6 kids that was a bit challenging. The manager came by once we were seated and provided us complimentary seafood tower to the table. That was nice. Also the server Cayenne did her very best to recover the slow start to the evening. And our food was delicious. I appreciated that although things happen out of their control, the restaurant tried to make sure our new year was lovely. Thank you

   My husband, sister & I went to celebrate New year's Eve at Earl's for dinner. I was excited to eat a nice meal & ready to enjoy our evening. My hubby &:I each ordered a steak but I also had lobster with mine. I was looking forward to my meal. When my order came my lobster & brocollini was super salty, it's as if the chef spilled the salt on my plate. I didn't want to say anything to our server at first but she came up to our table & asked how our meal was. I told her it was terrible. My food was super salty!! She compensated it with a free dessert but I really think they should've done more . I was surprised too that the manager never approached our table. My reservation was for 530pm, it was early enough to beat the evening rush & I don't think there is no excuse for food quality.. especially if I'm paying premium dollars!! This location in Guildford has disappointed me twice . The first time was at brunch where our eggs Benedict was super cold!! It seems there's a problem with the kitchen staff, cook or whatever??

   My friend and I had a great experience at Earls. We enjoyed happy hour drinks and appetizers. Our server and her coworker were very attentive , friendly and efficient. We arrived earlier than our reservation and it was no problem to be seated promptly. Since it was NYE … we were treated to complimentary Prosecco for the occasion. The sushi tacos were our favourite appy and a must try if you like a little heat. The manager came by to ask us how we were doing as well which was really nice. 5 golden stars all around.     Hi! For the cost of food it was not as good as previous visits. We had the seafood platter and the oysters were the saddest smallest ones I’ve ever seen. Our lobster was overcooked and was not cooled properly as it was hard to take out of the shell.
