   My reservation was for the dining room. Upon arrival, I mentioned my reservation. The hostess seated us in the lounge area. The noise coming from the adjacent tables was simply unbearable. To the point we could not even listen to what the waitress was telling us. My business meeting ended up being super stressful, since we spent our lunch surrounded by such loud noise and screaming at each other. In addition, my steak was undercooked and peppercorn seasoned, even though I asked not to.

   Extremely long wait for food. Food modifications missed. Cold fries., although they replaced them. Slow service didn’t ask for more beverages others as server was run off her feet.

   Pasta wasn't cooked enough for my liking . Also thought cost was a bit high for amount you got. Dessert wast delicious but pricy

   I go to Earl’s Langley often and have always had great experiences. Last night was the worst service I’ve received there, and one of the worst I’ve had anywhere in a long time. We ordered appetizers fairly quickly when we sat down, as everyone was quite hungry. We ate the appy’s and drank the water, and both sat empty for close to 20 minutes. The waitresses the table next to us actually asked and then refilled our water. When we finally ordered, I felt the food took longer than it should to come out, (though I am irritated by this point and maybe due to that everything seemed to be a long time now). After we were done eating we sat for a while as I wanted a container to take the rest of my food, and get the bill. My starting point is 20% for a tip, I ended up leaving 15%, and still felt that was too high. The food was great though, as i usually find it is. I realize that they might have been a little busy when we first arrived with it being Family Day, but within 1/2 hour or so people were clearing out. The restaurant was almost empty by the time we left 1.5 hours later. B

   Had such a wonderful experience on Valentines Day. My boyfriend and I got the best service by our amazing server and the manager would stop by and check in. Felt very taken care of for a busy night. Thank you for a great Valentine’s Day!

   We celebrated a lovely Valentines Day double date, The food came fast! It was delicious, drinks were amazing! our first time at Earls did not disappoint.

    Was a pleasant experience going there for Valentine's Day with my BF! The ambiance was very nice , the candles, the thank you card, etc! Our issues where with the One waitress and didn't catch her name unfortunately. She was very impersonal, if u asked for a napkin it was thrown down at the table, asked about drinks as I'm a coolers girl and Earls doesn't have coolers and she was quite rude responding what they didn't have in stock! Ordered a medium peppercorn steak and came quite well done. Didn't complain just ate it as we had movie plans so no time to wait for a new one so that's on me for not saying anything. Overall it had nice potential and all other staff were super accommodating and pleasant!
