   Came here on a date with hubs, we've been to a few different Earls locations, but we've never been here. I was very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was great, just what we were looking for. Not too loud, or crowded and classy but not pretentious. Great service, great staff. We booked online and they accommodated my requests and gave us a quiet booth away from others like I asked. There was a noisy side and we were seated at the opposite end of the restaurant, which was most appreciated. Our server Aiden, who was friendly and attentive, recommended a wonderful red wine, which I am going to try and find here in town. I ordered a steak which was seasoned to perfection and they let me sub out potatoes for mushrooms again exactly what I wanted. Hubs had the Fettuccine Alfredo with blackened chicken it was very good too. Our desserts were lovey, creme brûlée and cheesecake. It was a lovely night!

   No thank you or good - bye at door though three servers/hosts were chatting behind desk as we opened door to leave. Great server but first bite check was late on well seasoned but overcooked steak. Presentation of sauces all in ss containers too institutional I thought. Thank you for dessert in lieu of redo offer of steak. Atmosphere heating 6/10

   We enjoyed the warm spinach and three cheese dip and the crab cake entree. Both were fresh, delish and plated perfectly. Despite it being quite busy, our servers were delightful and took very good care of us. BTW - excellent Crystal margarita - especially with the large ice cube! Looking forward to going back for more!

   Since the change in menu there are very few gluten free options. Having a dedicated gluten free fryer, not putting breadcrumbs in the spinach dip, and in general being more mindful to the growing Celiac community would be fantastic. We used to have many more gluten free options at Earls but after last night, we won't be returning. We spoke to the shift lead last night and were informed that menu changes and the kitchen equipment are all controlled by Earls corporate and not by the individual restaurant, which we can of course appreciate. She was lovely and understood our frustration. We had asked about why there were so few gluten free options on the menu and if there was a dedicated space in the kitchen that was cross-contamination free. We were told no. When our food was delivered, of which the only gluten free option was the steak - as even the sushi somehow had gluten in it - we were told that since the change in recipe for the spinach dip now contained breadcrumbs and it also was not gluten free. Earls used to be our favourite place to go for a nice dinner and cocktails but the menu changes are excluding a growing population of people in our small community.

   Service was great but the food quality was a bit down. The new calamari… sucks… small portion compared to the one they had before. And the price was the same or more than some of the mains. It was dead in there for a Saturday night… I can see why.

   A great location and lived the design of the restaurant. The tuna poke bowl was exceptional and my wife’s steak frites were too. Happy Hour pricing made this even better. Our server was also very nice

    I could not believe how horrible our experience was at Earls. We were swarmed by flies. The service forgot the peppercorn sauce for my sons steak she never asked how are meal was my oysters were so small it was like they actually removed the oyster and just left the muscle and for that price it was rediculous. Not sure why they kept dimming the lights and increasing the volume of the music, it’s not like it’s a bar people are trying to have a nice meal. 3 people and a $300 dinner was not impressed
