   The food was delicious as always but it came out a little on the cooler side. We understand that it was Valentines Day but it wasn’t quite noisy in there. Our server was busy but tried her best to check on us whenever she could have. We would love to see some changes on the happy hour menu.

   Earls did not disappoint love our waitress Satah & the staff and the food. Top notch restaurant . The calamari was weighed incorrectly and the Sarah our waitress was so kind , she notified the manager. They sent out another calamari. We did not get billed for it. We also had the nice surprise of dessert, so nicely displayed. Coutesy of Earls. They made our Valentines special. The ambience and promot service was amazing.

   Our server was so great and the host aswell. Everyone made my friend feel so special on her birthday and the food and drinks came so fast!! I always have a great time dining there

   Friendly greeting on arrival but given a two hour time limit when checked in. That is more than enough time but that depends on how quick it is being served. Service was friendly and food was served in a timely manor.

   I love that Earls is a Canadian chain. That was a big plus. The Dine Out Menu was an excellent value. I had the Calamari as a starter, followed by the Steak Frites and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Calamara was crispy, Steak perfectly cooked. Nice size portions and good presentation. I really liked that you could get 5 oz wine which made it easy to pair your wine with each course. Well done! You may want to consider a gluten free/diary free option in your dine out offerings.

    Reserved a table for a work dinner gathering with out of town management. One of us ordered Wagyu beef pressed sushi as appetizer and another ordered a main containing sushi rolls. Manager informs us that they ran out of sushi rice for the pressed sushi and offered any other appie as a substitute. Ok fine, no worries. Then when mains come out, everyone has their main, except the one who has the sushi as part of their main. Now being informed, again, that there is a problem and they ran out of sushi rice. Why wasn't this addressed earlier at the same time. Disappointing this wasn't caught until mains were ready to be served. On top of that, dessert took an excruciating long time. It's not like dessert needs a time to prep. Some people in our party had to leave early, without their desserts. We requested desserts as takeout and asked for the bill. Did not ask, but was expecting to see some sort of compensation. Bill showed a $15.00 discount. Is this fair? Lol
