The service was great, unfortunately the only food we had was the Calamari appetizer, which was a very small portion hardly large enough to share,

Awesome service our server was so good and on it and was so helpful with a food allergy at our table.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at an Earls. We ordered Calamari to share and it was the smallest portion for $20, definitely not worth it. For 5 people we had 4 Kung Pao all slightly different some with rice some with noodles and different levels of peppers, plus Tuna Poke Bowl. The kitchen managed to get three of the Kung Pao wrong. We asked for two to be replaced because they were so wrong. One replacement meal came after 5 minutes but it took 40 minutes for the other replacement meal to arrive, after everyone else had finished. We talked to a manager at least 3 times and she kept saying just another 5 minutes. On the plus side our waitress was excellent, they did comp one of the meals, gave us 3 desserts we didn’t really want, and gave us a $100 gift card. Overall it ruined my wife’s birthday celebration as it was her meal that was 40 minutes late.

The evening was good overall, busy but not crowded, drinks and apps (oysters and calimari) came in a reasonable time and were great, meals were also in good time. Service overall was good, steak and sushi was great, kung pao chicken was good, lacked a little in flavour, beef sliders were good as well as the Caesar salad. My daughter did find a hair in a slider so the dish was taken care of by staff which included a free desert for our girls.

Valentine’s Day - we had a great evening. The food and service was amazing. Even though the place was packed we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks and food. They had a valentine card signed by the staff at each table which was a nice touch! I recommend!!!!

My dining experience was not up to par for this location. I ordered the spicy salmon sushi, it tasted fishy and watery, like canned salmon. My entree was the blackened sirloin with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. The steak was tough & chewy, hard to even cut. The “potatoes” were a very small clump, maybe 4 tbsp. They tasted like powdered potatoes. I’m from Prince Edward Island, and potatoes are my comfort food. These should not be called potatoes. The seasonal vegetables were about 5 extremely firm broccolini that made a crunching noise when you chewed them. It’s winter in Canada, the chef missed an opportunity to showcase parsnips, squash and sweet roasted carrots. I had the crème brûlée for dessert, another disappointment. The texture was reminiscent of a pudding, not the firm density that you expect in a well made C B. The cocktails were nice, lychee Tini & Prosecco. It baffles me that Earls took their most exquisite cocktail (the Watermelon Habanero Margarita) off its menu. Won’t return for awhile, a real shame as this used to be one of my favourite spots for date night.

You can not go wrong eating here. Everything on the menu is delicious. Service is always outstanding. They go out of their way to make your experience special.

Don’t sit by the window, very cold. Chicken Alfredo was OK, they are using less cream in the sauce and barely any chicken. Prices higher, less food and service wants a bigger tip. Not a recipe for repeat business.
