   Was greeted by a hostess who very obviously rolled her eyes at another customer. Our server got our order wrong and brought appetizers and mains all together. We mentioned it to her and got a quick apology and then we were ignored for the rest of our meal. We needed extra cutlery and more water and couldn’t get anyone to our table. We finished our meals and waited 15 minutes before anyone noticed to clean our plates. They cleared one plate and didn’t come back again. It wasn’t until we flagged down our server to ask for a bill that they then took another plate. All around poor service. Food was good. But the service needs improvement.

   Earls is typically my go to place for dinner with friends. Server although new, was attentive. Service was fast. Meal and drinks amazing. Highly recommended Earls.

   We were being served by multiple people so orders were going wrong. Wrong items on bill. Food was plain Jane. Never got our steaks. Dirty martinis were sweet.

   They need signs to direct you to the entrance instead of signs on doors saying go to another door! You wind up walking around the building trying to find the door that is open.

   Their hearting system was broken. We were super cold while having dinner. Made the whole experience less enjoyable!

   Pretty sure the Menu changed in the past year since we last visited. Portions seemed smaller, our favourite dishes/drinks were no longer in the menu and for the ones that remained the recipe changed. Not worth the price anymore unfortunately. They comped one of our appetizers because they forgot to deliver it to our table. We reminded them and it was delivered with our mains. Besides that the service and ambiance was excellent. Gave the birthday person a note and brought dessert with a candle. Thank you for making this birthday celebration special, and special shout out to our waiter for quickly resolving the issue with the missing appetizer.

    Ambiance was perfect ,great customer service from Hunter ,he took good care of us and was such a vibe, the food was great freshly prepared, place is clean and wait time for food and drinks after you order is not so long. 10/10☺️will definitely go back
