   It took a long time for a server to come to our table to ask for anything, which is unusual and they did not appear to be max capacity. Having said that the attentiveness of the manager Victor and our server salvaged our supper in time to see the drone display.

   Our food was amazing as always. Our service was awful. Our waitress clearly had too much on her plate and I don't blame her. She was lovely. We didn't get side plates with our oysters, it took 20 mins to get that and hot sauce. Our sushi did not come seved with soy sauce, ginger or wasabi. Asking for anything felt like a lot. We waited forever for another round. We were given the wrong bill at the end. We love Earls but clearly the staff are not given the support to run efficiently

   Some of the worst service I have ever had - like truly terrible. Food was good although I asked for light dressing and it was so over dressed and my salad was missing the dates - had to flag down a manager to ask for them on the side as our sever never checked. our sever left our dirty dinner plates in front of us for 40 minutes while she left the bill, took payment, etc - never cleared our plates, after a while I stacked them all at the end of the table. The sever was just hanging out with other staff chatting - shocking!

   The menu selection is varied and always a hard decision of choosing. The food is prepared perfectly and so full of flavors. Wish I had a reason to come back more often!

   Everyone was super nice and helpful Service was very attentive, without being intrusive. Food was excellent. I'm vegan, and the vegan kale mushroom pizza was so delicious, and served piping hot. Coffee and water were continually topped up, without having to ask. My companions (non vegan) also had delicious meals. Can't wait to dine there again!

   Very nice restaurant with a really good menu, friendly staff and good service. Pleasantly surprised to see much more than just a token vegan section on the menu and that alone will mean I’ll be back for a few more visits at least. The one negative was that it was noisier than I’d have liked but to be fair we weee there the last Saturday night before Christmas so the place was hopping. Might have been a wee bit less frantic on another night. Despite that the service didn’t suffer at all so kudos to wait staff and kitchen for that. We’ll be back for sure.

    We were sat in the lounge side but adjacent to where they open the door tithe somewhat heated partially enclosed patio. They opened the door about 200 times during our dinner and we were hit with a massive cold breeze each time. Jackets on still chilly not to mention not a great way to enjoy a dinner. We had the peppercorn steak, and steak and sushi. Upgraded to the 9oz sirloin for both. Meat was done right (medium and medium rare) but the steaks were tough, full of thistle and literally couldn’t chew through parts of it or take larger bites. Paying $45 for a steak, you would expect better quality. Peppercorn sauce was nice but could have been a bit more generous with that as well. The wife found the tataki style steak sauce way too spicy and ended up eating her steak plain and not using the sauce. Service was good. Wouldn’t recommend Earls for a steak dinner and for those thinking, hey man, it’s a sirloin, I’ve had plenty of tender tasty sirloins and upgrading was not an option as they want an extra $24 for a strip loin. $65 steak? This is not Ruth’s Chris, Hys or Caesar’s. Will be back, just not for steak.
