   Excellent customer service and great food-we went for lunch to celebrate a birthday and exceptional service from our server, a visit from the daytime manager and restaurant manager! They made our visit a delightful experience and topped it off with a complimentary birthday dessert!

   Enjoyed a nice dinner with friends. Only disappointment was no recognition for our friends birthdays even though we had told them it was for a birthday celebration.

   Short staff, inexperienced staff. Manager took food/ drink orders. Sat at the table for 30+ minutes, no drinks, no service. Even struggled to get the server's attention when we wanted the bill. Other customers seemed just as frustrated/dissatisfied, made for an unpleasant atmosphere

   The Host at the door stared at me till finally I said hello to them and then they responded with Hi. The Waiter was great but he didn’t talk loud enough and the restaurant got loud so we kept on having to ask him to repeat himself. The food was great but it took a while for our drinks to come and our appetizers then all of a sudden our main meal was arriving and we didn’t even finish the appetizers. All and all the West Edmonton Earls is better than the St Albert Earls.

   Everything was amazing! Only problem I personally had was my steak was a bit cold but all and all it was an amazing experience

   After several over rated, expensive and underwhelming experience with other restaurants over the past years, this was our first time in a few years going out for a valentines dinner. The experience at Earls St Albert was quite enjoyable. The overall experience was excellent!

    I’ve never had a more overcooked salmon - it was the consistency of chicken. Perhaps because it was a busy night. The spinach dip was cold despite the menu item actually starting with “warm”. The California rolls were very bland. The fries were soggy and there was very little sauce for the salmon. The waitress did not smile and was silent. Also I asked for sauce on the side since they didn’t bring any with my fries and then she took it back a few minutes later when my boyfriend was done eating, even though I wasn’t. I would not go here on Valentine’s Day again.
