    We had to wait 20 minutes before a waiter saw us. It would have been nice to get some water to drink right away. Restaurant was not busy but we were refused a table to accommodate us ( there were 8 of us). I managed to book a large table online but the manager called me shortly after to cancel my booking 😞 I suggested 2 smaller tables beside each other, but when I got to the restaurant, there was lots of large tables available. The food was ok but the roast beef sliders had very little meat in it.

    Our family of 4 went for a family bday dinner at Earls Station Square. We had a wonderful experience . Ivan was amazing and very attentive . Our water was poured and refilled , food came out on time and was delicious and perfect . Ivan ensured that all our requests were met and he was super friendly and nice…… Thanks to Jonathan and the team, Cedrick as well! You guys rock and can’t wait to be back!! Ivan your enthusiasm shows in the work you do. Keep it up!

    We felt hurried to eat our meal and be gone. No one asked if we wanted a second drink. After the meal if we were interested in desert or coffee. Quickly removed our plates and bill had arrived before meal was finished. We come to this location regularly. This must be new policy ??

    The food is really bad. All sauces came from can nothing made in house. Service is terrible never see the servers around us

    Daylon served us for the first time, and he was excellent. Ivan was assisting him, and he is always very very attentive, professional, and friendly.. Great drinks from the bartender, and fantastic steaks for all three of us! Thank you everyone!

    We sat at the bar and were surprised with the service. The bartender took awhile to ask us for drinks. He was busy chatting with the other server about personal stuff. Once we got our drinks he took forever to ask us about our food order. Didn’t ask if we wanted another drink, my partner had to wave him down. He was so busy talking about the show squid games. When the food came we had no cutlery, again we had to ask for it. My steak was cooked wrong but we were done with the place and didn’t want to wait longer so just ate a bit and left. Super disappointed

    It was my first time at this Earls and I’ve come with my friend to celebrate her birthday. They had prepared a birthday card for my friend which was a nice gesture. We have ordered 2 cocktails to start. Upon the first sip of my drink, I thought I had a tiny piece of ice in my mouth, but it was a tiny shard of glass. We’ve called the waiter and had the drink taken away. The manager came back to apologize and check if I was ok. Thankfully, I was fine and they reassured me that they will check all glasses for safety. In total we ordered 3 cocktails and 3 appetizers. The bill came and the first drink ($12) had been removed as compensation. While I appreciate the gesture, it felt like a minimal resolution to a concerning situation. I left the restaurant with mixed feelings.
