Lunch was just fine. Open Table was useless. Every time I put a code in, it was rejected. It told me there were no tables in the atrium. It booked me in Calgary, not Edmonton. I finally phoned the restaurant. Every table in the atrium was available. Our waitress was good and attentive. We had salad. Earls Caesar salad at the Tin Palace is predictably good. My advice is to skip Open Table and just phone the restaurant.

Amazing staff ! Thank you so much for welcoming with a card for Rich’s birthday. And all the helpful advice of food choices and the service was fast and beautifully presented ! Thank you !

We were at Earls Kitchen + Bar for the first time. Everything was great. I ordered Steak + sushi - the steak was very tender, the sauce that came with it added a bit of spice. My husband ordered pork ribs with garlic potatoes. When the waitress brought us this dish, it was served without a knife. But when we started cutting it, we realized that this dish did not need a knife, the ribs were so tender that the meat was falling apart. These were some of the best ribs we have ever tried. Thank you for the service, wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. We will definitely come again.

The service was excellent! But food and drinks are very poor quality and choices, don't worth the price

The worst experience I’ve ever had at an Earls so far. The service was very poor—we had a hard time finding our server, and they never checked in to see if we needed anything else. We specifically asked for our food to be served after we finished our appetizer, but the server didn’t listen carefully, and our main course arrived almost immediately after the appetizer. Because of this, we didn’t even get a chance to enjoy a drink before our food, as the server never came back to take our drink order. Never going back to this branch
