   I’m a fan of this place however this time the MENU was changed making it very confusing and hard to pick this. From the appetizer to the dessert section it was not appealing at all. There is so many restaurants to choose in Tyson’s but this is usually my to go place because food is always consistent until now. Amir our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable with suggestions. Take feedback from regular customers this MENU is thumbs down 👎

   It’s my first time here. I had two big crab cakes that were amazing! They gave me a toffee chocolate cake with ice cream for my birthday that was so good! Our waitress Nicole is very sweet and helpful! We really enjoyed our time there! Will go back to try the sea bass next time.

   Service and food were outstanding. Although it was extremely noisy with the music blaring in the restaurant (we were having a hard time hearing each other unless we were practically yelling). I do want to give a special thanks to Justin. When I booked, the only table available was a high top in the bar. I called to see if we could be out at a table since I had recently had knee surgery and he immediately put a note on my reservation for a booth and made the hostess that evening aware. Thank you Justin!

   Honestly earls has gone down hill. Service was ok but annoying the server was not up front about the HH special and charged me for the 5oz not the 7oz that was on HH (better deal clearly). Sushi was good. Steak had good flavor but we asked for medium and it was more medium rare. Went for my bf birthday dinner and overall it wasn’t great. Tried the bourbon pecan pie and it was terrible - like hockey puck and the sugar just stuck to your teeth. And they ran outta Sauvignon blanc (for 2 nights in a row… I dunno I’ve worked at several restaurants and you go out and buy more bottles if you run out). Overall not great. Yes earls is more a bar atmosphere and loud than restaurant ambience but still it’s declined since even a few years ago. If you’re looking for just drinks and appetizers - this is the place.

   Our experience tonight dining with Earls was very disappointing. We have dined with Earls numerous times in the past, but after our last few experiences and tonight’s, we have decided it will be our last. We were there celebrating a friend of mines birthday which unfortunately was not special. We were sat at our table at 6:00pm, and ordered food and drinks promptly. Our food and drinks arrived within the hour. However, the service was subpar. Unfortunately it took over an hour to get our checks and finish the evening. We were there for 2.5 hours tonight but we had finished eating within about an hour. Our server, whom we can’t recall his name, apologized about the delay several times. The manager came over to our table to apologize for the delay and to appreciate our patience, but unfortunately it was very unprofessional when he commented on my husband’s appearance. We were listening to what he had to say about the delay when the manager looked over at my husband, whom was sitting quietly minding his own business, and says to him that he can tell by the way he looks on his face he wasn’t pleased / happy. Which is a complete misjudgment and unprofessional. We were offered complimentary dessert for the birthday, which still took a very long time to arrive, but we waited. Then we were offered complimentary drinks. Which this late in the night were already ready to leave. All in all it was a very disappointing experience, the food order and drinks orders had to be corrected, we were charged for the appetizer size fries instead of a side fries, and other issues. We are understanding people but it’s disappointing to hear every time the server comes over an apology about something new each time. This will be our last time at Earls.
