   Greeted promptly, friendly staff, busy, but quiet. Everything you would expect from a great neighborhood restaurant.

   Earl’s doesn’t disappoint. The service and the servers themselves are always a highlight. The food is consistently good. Eating out is getting very expensive but Earl’s makes it a pleasure.

   Normally enjoy our happy hour visits, but today there was a large group that allowed their small children to run unattended throughout the restaurant and bar area. They were playing and screaming the whole time, which isn’t something I appreciate while out for an enjoyable afternoon. In a bar….

   The service was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. We had a reso for 645, didn’t get seated til 7:10. Proceeded to then sit at our table without anyone bringing water/taking a drink order for close to 15 mins. When we did get our food some of us still didn’t have forks. Dessert came and some of us didn’t get spoons. We tried to flag down a server but they were all busy talking to one another or clearing tables. We ended up getting the attention of a busser who brought cutlery promptly. My steak was horrible. I didn’t feel like a tip was warranted by the server or other staff. Your employees need to do better. I get that it was busy, but that can’t be a surprise as it’s a Saturday. I feel like I wasted my money tonight.

   Restaurant was very nice. Food was very tasty and arrived quickly. Our server was super.

   We went to Earls to celebrate our first anniversary. It was a Monday night so not overally busy in the restaurant. Service was excellent and food was delicious. We had the steak tortellini and the 12oz prime striploin along with a dessert. Atmosphere was nice and wasn't to loud in the restaurant.

    My steak was horrible . It was cold and very stringy and I could not chew it. The salad and veggies were very good . My daughter’s chicken fettuccini was as excellent. Very busy but staff were very pleasant .
