We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We had the Double Bacon Carbonara and a build your own Panzarotti. Service was excellent. The hot bread loaf and bottomless salad were delicious as always (ask for more dressing just in case). Good value for your money.

Our experience at East Side Mario’s was excellent! The food was delicious and although it was very busy our waitress was friendly and fun. Well done!

Always a family favorite (the kids love the pop-up gelatos), the adults appreciate that the menu evolves over time and there are tempting new offers available

Not like it used to be - not enough sauce on my pasta; food was cold. Veal was overcooked and dry

We had a great experience. Our server was amazing. The food was great. We took advantage of the kids $2 meals and drinks which makes things a little easier when everything is so expensive right now. Looking forward to our next visit in the future!

Took my 2 small kids to eat here last night. And while this is in no way our waitresses fault, we ended up waiting over an hour for our food, which was cold and “old” looking. We also waited about a half hour for bread to come out. We come here because it’s my autistic child’s favourite place. After last night I’m not sure if we will return. After everything was said and done we weren’t offered a discount. Very disappointing.

Good food for a reasonable price. Depending on which store you go the food taste and service may vary. Cobourg store is the best I have been so far.

The food was surprisingly tasty for a chain. It was very pleasant to have warm bread to nibble on right away. The caesar salad was excellent. I had scallop carbonara for a main, and there were a fair number of (very tiny) scallops in it. The pasta wasn't too overcooked, although not quite as al denté as I like it. I requested a spot that would be easy for my elderly mother to maneuver her walker to, and we were placed at a table that wasn't a relaxing place to eat because there was just too much going on around it. I think if I had not had that special need, and had been able to sit at a booth or somewhere around the periphery, it might have been a much more relaxing experience.

We very much enjoyed our visit to East Side Mario's Cobourg. Christine, our server was amazing! She was VERY busy, but she didn't rush us and she was just so friendly! The food was very good. The only negative, if I have to give one, was that it was VERY noisy. We will be back! Thank you, Christine!
