   It was an amazing idea to dine at Eastwoods Dining & Bar for my one year with my partner!! We had this girl serve us and look out for us the whole time we were there - absolutely great customer service from her. First, we started with our cocktails. I had the Ube Bee Baby which tasted like a Filipino version of the Pina Colada (filled with Ube essence, it tasted refreshing and wonderful), my partner on the other hand decided to have a go with Manquckan that is a duck fat washed rye whiskey cocktail - which was very interesting. We then moved onto our starters: Edamame Beans and fried chicken wings. I’ve never tried Edamame Beans and this was definitely a great start to the journey aha. The Fried Chicken wings were covered in ponzu caramel and yuzu mayo. The skin on the chicken provided a great amount of crunch that led to the soft white meat of the chicken. The only thing I would change about this dish would be the amount of coriander on it but that is just my preference. We then finished off with mains as we were top full at this point to order desserts! He had the penang curry with coconut braised beef and I had the lovely salt & pepper soft shell crab which tasted absolutely out of this world! During all of this, we were seated near the entrance next to the mirrors on the wall. The ambience was absolutely beautiful, and considering the weather during this time the fans inside the place provided a nice breeze whilst eating freshly cooked dishes! Overall, this place was amazing as it was when we went there during our first month together. But I must say I was disappointed to see that the tamarind ribs they use to make was off the menu! This restaurant is absolutely fantastic, they have great staff and although the price range may be out of the normal range, it is completely worth it!

   Food was amazing best chicken coconut lychee salad I've ever had, staff were amazing, even took our leftovers home.

   Food was amazing. But the service just wasn't there. I left my empty glass at the edge of the table as I always do in restaurants. So the wait staff can clearly see it, but no. We were seated next to the bar and we had a ask the barman for more drinks. I've worked in 5 star hospitality for over 25yrs and drinks is where you make your money not the food.

   Another amazing dinner at Eastwoods - we take all our friends visiting from interstate and have never been disappointed! High grade quality food with quality ingredients. Cocktails and food outstanding - we will be back!

    Service was quite good, Very expensive menu Duck salad - duck was way over cooked and entire salad tasteless Drinks VERY expensive, $63 for a bottle of Prosecco Inside chairs are extremely uncomfortable, 2 people actually changed chairs with others. Noise level quite high and hard to have a conversation at the table As locals this is not somewhere we will recommend to family and friends
