   Very good experience, staff very nice and attentive to all our needs questions etc Location is beautiful, we had a bigger table close to us that is why the noise level was a bit higher than normal! Food and drinks excellent quality and presentation. Loved it!

   We had an awesome time at brunch this morning. Ellen out server great, she checked on us periodically and same with the other Eataly staff.

   We always have a great experience at Eataly! We have gone many times in the last two months. The service at the Don Mills location is amazing!

   The food was fine, nothing that was outstanding. The restaurant itself was cold and the lighting was awful, like sitting in a hospital waiting room. There was a nicer room in the back but we were seated upfront with a lot of families with young children. As a group of four adult women it was pretty disappointing to be seated in what felt like the children section rather than with the adults in the back of the restaurant. I suppose if you are looking for a quick basic meal after shopping this would be fine, but not a nice dinner out with friends…

   Reservation at 8. With 10 people. We were told that kitchen was closing at 845. After being rushed all meal and then told we had 15 minutes to leave. No one seemed interested in serving us. Why take a reservation at 8 PM when you don’t want to serve people and kick them out at 945. Food was also below average. Will never return.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eataly Don Mills, and it was an experience that truly captured the essence of Italian culinary tradition. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the distinct aroma of fresh pasta, sizzling meats, and fresh-baked breads filling the air. The layout of the store is impressive, offering a variety of Italian goods and fresh ingredients, but it’s the dining experience that really stands out. I started with a classic antipasto platter, which featured an array of cured meats, cheeses, and olives. Each item was carefully selected, and the quality was unmistakable—everything from the prosciutto to the pecorino was rich in flavor, perfectly complemented by the accompanying bread and honey. For the main course, I opted for a handmade pasta dish: pappardelle with a rich ragu. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of bite. The ragu was hearty and flavorful, making each bite feel like a taste of authentic Italian comfort food. The portion sizes were generous, and I found myself savoring every forkful. To finish off the meal, I couldn’t resist the tiramisu. It was indulgent yet light, with the perfect balance of coffee flavor and creamy mascarpone. A true Italian classic. The service at Eataly Don Mills was impeccable. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish. It’s clear that the staff is passionate about Italian food and culture, making it feel like a little slice of Italy right in Toronto. VIVA ITALIA , VITA EATALY!

   I had a reservation and I had to wait five minutes to be seated when I was seated I ordered a drink and then my meal. It took 10 minutes for my soup to come out and the soup that I ordered which was supposed to be a butternut squash soup was more like a weird vegetable purée which had absolutely no flavour to it I had to ask for salt and pepper but it was super thick not like a soup at all. My pizza didn’t come out for 23 minutes after that and the pizza when it arrived was lukewarm as it had been sitting somewhere and very soggy the middle of the pizza was all wet and soggy and it was not appetising at all. I was very disappointed by the whole experience and would not go back
