   Not welcoming on arrival. Smile etc. We had a reservation for 4. Food was not delivered together so 2 of us waited for our partners food to be polite and 2 of us had cold food. The expensive pizza was cold, half didnt have enough toppings, sauce was wattery and made for a soggy pizza. Toppings were 2 inches from the crust and scarce. All other orders were satifactory.

   The free meal for kids (cheese pizza or butter/sauce pasta) is what drew us to try Eataly. But charging $2 to put four leaves of basil on a kids pizza is insanity.

   Check your bill thoroughly - our $100 bottle of wine was charged at $190 and coincidentally when we asked for the menu to check the price our waitress all of a sudden changed the bill before we could even tell her what was wrong with the bill. Then we were told multiple times that we would have a 20% discount in the store to purchase merchandise and the store staff were ignorant about that and claimed to “know nothing”. We have many other local italian restaurants we will continue to frequent but this is NOT one of them. Very disappointing and a nice evening out became a stressor for all of the incompetence!

   Dinner was perfect. The hostess, manager Maria and the bartender were amazing. The food was also delicious. Will definitely be back.

    Service was great and the food are delicious. The only thing I don't really like is the menu from a paper reusable but not clean. when I hold it I feel sticky on my finger coz the previous customer spilled something on it. Overall we like it and sure will go again.
