Our servers were very attentive, and everyone enjoyed the service. As expected, the selection of food and quality were high. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at our first gathering as a remote team.

    My sister and I were planning to get dinner tonight and I suggested here because this was my second time here, and I really enjoyed my first time here. This was her first time coming to this restaurant and she was just as pleased as I was. Food and service was great as always, and the ambience and vibes were pleasant. Definitely recommend this restaurant as a great spot to dine in and enjoy good food and company.

    Sadly not a great experience at Eataly Sherway Gardens. On the day of our visit the restaurant had ‘run’ out of bread and so there were no focaccia or bread options available to us as appetizers. Very poor planning on the part of the restaurant staff. It really is not acceptable to run out of every bread option at a restaurant of this calibre. There were also no lemons available for our drinks either. With so many great choices available, we will think carefully about returning here.

    Konstantin is the best bartender and server. He is attentive and ensures we always have a great time. Eataly is my favorite west end restaurant- homemade pizzas and pasta and a super wine selection always make for a great dinner.

    Have been coming to Sherway location for past year. We always come for the calamari, pasta and pizza and today at 3:30 pm they ran out of calamari. Very disappointing. Also ran out of hot oil for the pizza. Overall not very happy about that but the food we had was delicious. Minus what was missing it’s a nice place. They need to ensure things like that dont happen. Diners will move on to another place as there are many good restaurants in the city.
