   Amazing food and fantastic decorations. We had a sub par waiter at the start (let’s assume they’re ready pack up and go home after a long shift) and then a wonderful server afterwards. I would definitely go back

   This location falls flat in comparison to the NYC locations (as well as others that I have been to over the years). The food was mediocre and the service was inattentive. The most disappointing part was the pizza. They don’t use a wood burning oven and I was able to taste this from the dough.

   Food was good. The service was super slow. Food took around 45 minutes to come out and took a while for servers to come to our table

   Good mall restaurant but not what I believe the people behind Eatly want to deliver. Classic menu items which come close to those served in NYC location but lack something in terms of flavor which is hard to put your finger on. Ambience is lacking, front of house is unenthusiastic, potentially understaffed all around. Staff overall very green. Bussers and waiter support were hard working and kind.

   So comparing it to the one in NYC it doesn’t. Whilst the food is good the service from waiting 15 to be seated (Even though I had booked) to getting the food was too long. Felt like they were still finding their feet after 2 months still. Food was good - I can’t complain on that it would have been nice though if the two main courses on a table of 2 turned up together not 10 Mins apart.

   Attentive service and good food(a pizza and veggie sides) for a Saturday lunch at the mall. The venue is somewhat busy, somewhat noisy. Nothing is inexpensive anymore, it’s a restaurant not the food court, expect restaurant prices.

   I am a regular customer of Etaly all over the US and this is my second visit to Short Hill's. The service at the entrance is terrible, they try to avoid simultaneous orders throughout the cafe by creating a line, so you have to wait a long time even with a reservation. Also today the host did not even say hello. Last time the food was good, but today my husband's pizza was without the classic tomato sauce, they decided to compensate for this by increasing the cheese, which is not difficult to guess did not lead to success at all

   Mike my waiter was amazing. He made on point recommendations one better than the next. The food was delicious. The drinks were amazing and I can’t wait to go back.
