    I have been to Eataly (NY & Dubai) feels like the quality of this one is not the same. Service was ok, the server didn’t offer cheese or black pepper, took over 20 min to bring the check and then the receipt, the restaurant was not crowded, just seems a bit disorganized.

    I was expecting more and I can honestly say I prefer the outside counter with sandwiches and pizza (and desserts) to the restaurant. First they didn’t have anything I wanted to drink( ginger ale and unsweetened iced tea) I settled on an Italian coke $6 which was good. Next I got the focaccia bread app which was $7 over priced and just ok. The main was butternut squash ravioli which wasn’t that good and $23 for a very small portion. I will not return to the restaurant part. The front desk guy wasn’t all that friendly either. I prefer the quick pizza and sandwich counter a million times over. Disappointed.

    Service was slow. Food came out separately about 10 min apart. Many 4-5 star restaurants offer complimentary bread and it’s disappointing to see you charge $4 for a few pieces of bread.

    Eataly was a massive disappointment. For the outrageously high prices, we expected something close to authentic Italian cuisine. What we got was bland, uninspired food that wouldn’t even hold up against a chain restaurant like Olive Garden. The pasta dishes were laughable—tiny portions that looked more suited for a kids' menu. At $25 a plate, this wasn’t just underwhelming; it was borderline insulting. There was no creativity, no flavor, and certainly nothing to justify the premium price. The service was fine, but it couldn’t salvage an experience so thoroughly ruined by the food. My wife and I left feeling not just underwhelmed but outright disappointed. Eataly markets itself as a destination for Italian cuisine, but what we got was far from it.

    Beautiful food ! And amazing service! Not sure what the negative reviews are for prices are normal for a restaurant! They have bills to pay ! You pay for quality

    Overall, it was a great experience. I loved the presentation of our desserts & our food was delish. The ambiance was not the same as the one in NYC—I guess because it's in a mall—but it was still very nice!

    The food was very good. I did not give them five stars because they have a lot to improve with their service. Starting with the check-in desk. Once we checked in, we went to the bar. They never come to find us despite being past our reservation time. It’s like they totally forgot us and continue to set other people. Our server at the bar was excellent and very attentive. Our waitress was very attentive when she wanted our order but couldn’t find her when we needed refills of water, wanted to order another drink, or to check on items that did not arrive. We weren’t done with our appetizers, and our food was already being delivered. Improvement in the timing of the food should be a focus.  With regards to ambience, our table was overly bright and other areas of the dining room were dark. Getting that figured out would definitely make it more inviting.  Once we checked in, we went to the bar. They never come to find us despite being past our reservation time. It’s like they totally forgot us and continued to see other people. Appetizers were great, pizza was nice and crispy and the pasta was fantastic.

    I was extremely disappointed with the service. I brought my guests for a holiday dinner. We were asked to put in our entire order at once which was fine. We had not even finished our apps and they brought our dinner out, never asked us for a second round of drinks . When we finally said something they took our food in and gave us some more time with our second round of drinks. We got up to take a picture by the bar and some of the food that we were still working on got picked up from the table. By this time we were tired of complaining and finished up our meal. The food was amazing but I am extremely disappointed in the service and the fact that food we paid for got taken away even before we could finish working on it . I would like a call about this experience.
