Dim Sum was severely overcooked to the point where it was inedible. Waitress paid little attention to us.

We had a great time at Eating Fresh. Wonderful drinks (wine and sake) and good food (fried rice and pho). Service was prompt and friendly. My serving of shrimp fried rice was plentiful and tasty. The only weird thing is our table was in the back and was a tight fit for the walk to and from the restroom. It interrupted us often with people squeezing through. Overall, I recommend the food and drink and service! I would come back.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a cozy meal. The menu offered a fantastic variety of traditional dishes, and everything we ordered was bursting with flavor. The Special pho was rich and aromatic, while the spring rolls were fresh and crispy. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can't wait to return and try more dishes. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine!. All 3 of u ejoyed it!

We ate at 4:30 (before a concert). We were the only diners. Although we are somewhat knowledgeable about Asian food and one of us had researched the menus ahead of time, we were overwhelmed by the number, complexity, and sometime redundancy of the menus. What would have been a complete fiasco for the four of us was only improved by the kindness of our server who cautiously guided us. The food did not wow us; there was a lot of fat on the meat items, and the flavors were surprisingly bland. We actually ordered very little, but the bill was high. One wine on the menu was listed at $65 per glass!

This was such a great experience and the food was outstanding. We arrived and they were having problems with the gas lines being turned off as there were city workers out front working on the street. They let us know it would be 10 minutes before they could start making food. After 15 minutes they let us know they were unsure when the gas would be on and that they could make us a few select dishes on the menu if we would like to stay. They were very friendly and made an effort to help and inform us of what was occurring that was out of their control. We opted to stay and ordered the Caramelized pork and eggs and the Beef stew and both dishes were so flavorful and delicious and the owner came out to ensure we were enjoying our experience and let us know that the Caramelized pork takes 48 hours to cook! It was so juicy and moist. Definitely will return when we are in the area.

This restaurant went downhill fast. A year ago, I raved about them on social media being a hidden gem. Being only one of two tables in that large restaurant on Thursday for dinner was telling. Food quality was bad. Pork in the rice noodle bowl and pork skewers was 80% fat. Fried dishes like egg rolls and crab rangoon were burned. Service was poor. The vegetables for the Pho came out 15 minutes after the dish was served. Sauces were not brought out with the meals but much later. And the meals came out one at a time for a party of five so food was sitting around waiting for the rest to be served. And again - they were only serving two tables! We had to send back the mochi because it was freezer burned and tasted old. And the worst part - a couple of us had stomach issues that evening. They’re not going to stay in business for much longer. Too bad. It had a lot of promise but they got lazy.

Service was slow with only a single waiter and cook. Food is expensive for portion sizes. They brought appetizers and one entree at same time and the other entree later making it so we could not eat together. Poor staging. Not likely to return.

My partner and I had the most amazing experience at Eating Fresh last night. The only negative of the evening was trying to find parking. Once we arrived at Eating Fresh, we were immediately greeted by our waitress Novlee (sp) who was our guide through the evening and made for such a great experience. We had booked the all you can grill experience and when they say all you can grill, they mean it. The menu starts with a choice of appetizer. We sampled the deep fried tofu and the soup of the day. The tofu was good but the soup was an amazing pho-like broth with meatballs. While we could have sampled the other appetizers available (like I said it’s all you eat/grill) we wanted to get on to the main event. For this you have a list of meats you can choose from including various cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. Being true carnivores and loving the opportunity to give the staff a chance to show off their place, we put ourselves in Novlee’s hands. She choose our first 5 meat selections for us and she did not disappoint. Once she made our selections, and she picked out the perfect bottle of sake to accompany our entree, we only waited a few minutes, until our proteins were ready and brought to the table along with Korean side dishes and rice to accompany. I have to pause here and mention the kimchi…Eating Fresh makes the best kimchi I have ever had, we ate so much kimichi. We grilled our meats and everything was great but the spicy pork icon, Korean beef short ribs, and filet mignon were particular hits. For dessert we again put ourselves in Novlee’s hands, with the only caveat that I would like something light and cold. She suggested honeycomb cake for my partner and mochi ice cream for me. The cake was amazing and the mochi was a new experience for us. Eating Fresh is something special!! The food is amazing!! Novlee is so fun, and the chef is a talent!! We will be back soon!!
