   I’ve been to the one in summerlin and it was excellent. Did not like the Henderson one at all.

   We made reservations for Santa and before that we decided Echo and Rig would be a great beginning for the family. We ate portobello fries, snow pea shoots and calamari to start. We moved on to dinner items from a sandwiches, Spencer steak and swordfish. All our food was prepared exceptionally well . We did try two desserts (the kids) and would recommend them as well. This has become one of our favorite restaurants to enjoy family meals and celebrations.

   Love this place. Ordered from the brunch menu. Eggs Benedict were delicious as was the crab cake Benedict and the hash. Cocktails and service were excellent. This is one of our regular spots.

   First the positive - food was high quality and they were kind enough to allow us to order steaks despite the fact that only the lunch menu was available that time of day. The steaks are of high quality and were prepared to perfection. The restaurant was rather empty but the service was very slow. It was obvious they didn’t have enough wait staff despite the sparse number of patrons. Staff also needs training- our main entree was delivered prior to removal of salad flatware. The server attempted to put down the plates were no room was available- we lifted a couple of dishes to make room trying to hint that they needed to be cleared prior to our entree being put down. When I asked that they be cleared the assistant (person delivering all meals) made it very obvious that she was not pleased with my request making a face showing her displeasure The young man (our waiter) who assisted us was very pleasant and helpful. Made the best of the lack of help. All in all we will give them another try at Summerlind location for dinner.

   Seems to have been overbooked. Waited over 45 minutes passed our reservation time and I believe other experienced the same or longer. I guess I’m comparing to Tivoli village but this venue is smaller, they don’t bring out the steaks for you to look at and choose, and for some reason the store manager was pointing and laughing at the people waiting. Not sure of the reason.. at best might’ve just been because he didn’t know where to sit people due to the overbooking or at worst how we looked with how we were dressed or some other factor. But… the food or mainly the steak we chose was so darn good and the sauces made it even better.

   Service was awesome, prices are okay for a steakhouse. Steak wasn’t very good, quality just wasn’t there. Wife has the filet, it was dry. I had the ribeye, it was dry.

   The steak I ordered was cooked perfectly and the oysters were really fresh! The noise level is moderate which I pay a lot of attention when I choose a restaurant. I enjoyed my dinner and will go back again.

   Doesn’t look like a typical steakhouse. It’s very bright in there. Our server was great. Super nice, and answered any questions and checked up on us often. It was a little confusing because they verified whose birthday it was a few times, but there was dessert or anything done about it. Overall, value was good for what we ate.

    It was our first time at Echo & Rig Henderson, having enjoyed quite a few times the original location at Tivoli Village. We were not disappointed, as we celebrated a birthday and were able to savor multiple sides with our fantastic entrees. The service was beyond attentive and prompt, with a friendly greeting from the manager when we first sat down. Food and drinks were just as delicious as the ones from the other location. Huge thanks to Adam who ensured everything came out on time and made our dinner such a special event.
