We had an exceptional dining experience with Brandon! He was fantastic from start to finish. And he was very conscious of my eating restrictions. 5*'s to Brandon. Sophie & the other Hostess warmly greeted us, General Manager Patrick made us feel like family, he's a Gem. The Chef and kitchen staff provided our taste buds with delights. Everything was prepared perfectly. I'm sharing my new loved place, Eddie Merlot's, with my friends who are always ready to dine in style. "Brandon, we're coming back soon, and table 421 was perfect for us. Thank you all for making my daughter's birthday a great success.

We got the Turkey menu. They were out of a lot of things. No green beans, and the desert menu was almost all gone. No triple Chocolate Cake or Creme Brulee. All that was left was Carrot Cake which I cant stand. I guess most people don't like it as that was all that was left.

Attended thanksgiving dinner at the Ashburn restaurant location and at 6:30pm, they were out of bread. Unbelievable, we were told by the waiter they had some but it was frozen. 90mins later we saw that it was being served to new guest and were never offered any bread. When I did inquire the waiter once again said they thawed out the bread but once again they were out. The food was average, luke warm temperatures. Prices were very high for the quality of the meal. Disappointed overall.

We went to Eddie Merlot’s for Thanksgiving dinner. We had a reservation and were seated fairly promptly, despite the fact the restaurant was completely packed. Service was excellent. Our waiter Nick was fantastic. We had the special Thanksgiving meal, which was average. Eddie Merlot’s specializes in steaks and lobsters and I don’t think they are very adept at turkey and stuffing!
