This was this was my first time at Eddie Marlots, and I have to say that the ambiance was great. The atmosphere was great when we walked in. Our table was not ready, when we got seated waitress came over. She was relatively friendly, but seemed a little overwhelmed possibly. We waited about a 1/2 hour for our food after our appetizers came. It was obvious that they were short staffed, our waitress only checked on us maybe 2 or 3 times during the whole night, and we were there approximately 3 hours. I'm not sure if I'll go back again for the price of the food,the service should have been a lot better.

This past visit was far below the standard’s set in the past. Within ten minutes of being seated we ordered app’s and a bottle of wine. The wine took thirty minutes to make it to the table and the oysters over an hour. The main course arrived cold within minutes of the of the appetizers arrival. The current manager of this location needs to steepen his learning curve in short order.

It took an hour for the food to come it was overcooked so we had to send it back that was during closing time they offered to make another dish we decline and they gave us dessert

Party of 6, drinks and apps came out in a reasonable time. Dinner: about a hour after the apps-we asked twice on status of the meal-told is coming out shortly. 1 plate had a missing item, server said oh, let me go get it.Comes back with sorry, we’re all out! Y didn’t you notify the guest prior to bringing out an incomplete plate? The kitchen had to of known. 2 other plates had a substituted item- didn’t inform us of the new item just gave it to us. We must have received the last because they couldn’t even give some to plate 1. Manager apologized and offered another meal a cocktail Lemon chicken was dry. Server was cool, offered the table desserts on the house.

Had an amazing evening with my friends. Carson took great care us. He had wonderful recommendations including the tempura green beans. 10/10. We will be back and we will be requesting Carson.
