Went here on Christmas and, unfortunately, they were out of chicken and oysters. The crab cake was overcooked, and the mac & cheese had to be sent back because it was cold. I was really looking forward to eating, so it was disappointing. It wasn’t the experience I had hoped for, especially since I was hungry and excited.

We were there on Christmas night. As expected, the restaurant was packed. We were seated on time and our server was excellent. They were sold out of a lot of items by the time we got there. No big deal. Wine selections were great and the shrimp cocktail for the appetizer was excellent. The restaurant was out of 8 oz filets, so we got 2 4 oz filet medallions instead. I ordered medium rare, they came out extremely rare...basically blue. I had a difficult time trying to cut through it. My wife and daughter both ordered the filet mignon as well and they also came out extremely rare. My son ordered the Elk Chop medium rare and it also came out rare. He said his was fine and ate it. All the entrees were ice cold .. not even luke warm. The only entree that came out hot was my father in law's lamb chops. My guess is the food runner must have had all of the entrees sitting on a tray for a few minutes in the back while waiting on the lamb. We didn't send anything back because it was so busy. My wife ate her filet but my daughter and I just brought ours home. Carrot cake and Chocolate cake were both delicious. Again, our server was great but it was still a disappointing experience.. especially for a $700 bill after tip. We come here often and usually sit at the bar or the bar area. We are hoping it was just an off night for the kitchen, because we have never had a bad experience until last night and we want to keep this on our list of restaurants to frequent.

Their main holiday meal and also their filets were already sold out at 630 pm. For a steak house, it's really bad, and they didn't offer any rebate for something else. Changing a 32oz porterhouse to a 16oz prime rib was the same price

Our server,Trey, was great. Crab cakes and salads were delicious. Unfortunately, the entrees were over cooked and dry. Very disappointed. Thought about sending them back but, the turn around time would have been very lengthy.

Had a pleasant Christmas Day luncheon. It was crowded as expected, but the food still came out quickly and hot. 2 of us had the filet mignon and one had the tuna. Everything was very good and the cognac brownie prepared at the table attracted a lot of attention. We would recommend
