My fiancée and I celebrated our valentine evening at Eddie merlots, we were able to get seated at our exact time and welcomed with smiling faces and felt like we were cared about. Waiter was also very nice food came out super fast we had waited for awhile to get a very nice meal we got a 32oz porterhouse with lobster. The porterhouse we were served had a massive hair in it. At first the waiter kind of looked like it was our problem that the hair was in there in offered a clean plate… then we were ultimately discounted the steak but were never asked if we wanted a new one actually they asked if we wanted to box it up. Long story short the only thing we cared about was a good meal not the money we don’t get to do these things very often so genuinely disappointing when all we really wanted was the good food experience. Thanks again to the staff maybe would have just handled the situation a little different.

Everything was perfect the only thing that bothered me is I have a leg injury and prefer a booth cause it's softer on the back of my leg and they said there was non available. But when they seated us there was plenty of booths open and the next 3 couples that showed up after us was seated at booths. Just made for a uncomfortable night for my leg to say the least. But the food is amazing.

OMG! The food was amazing. Server did a great job. She just seemed a little overwhelmed. Love that they offer a 15% military discount.

Our server, Chad, was excellent! He has great suggestions, a great personality and was very attentive. The food, as always, Amazing. The steaks are always cooked perfectly!

The ribeye wagyu was best flavor of steak I’ve ever had. Not any sear to it though so be sure to ask if you want the sear. Which I love sear but this was so good tasting I overlooked it.

Pretty good experience for a steak house. The food was delicious and the wine was good. Service was pretty good. Would go back for sure.

The food was excellent, server was on top of everything, great service and very friendly. Food is expensive, but expected. Had a wonderful time with my wife. Loved the atmosphere and enjoy my time as well as the food

We had a late 9:45 reservation, and the food & service did not suffer. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The food and service was superb. We had a lovely and romantic Valentine’s Day. Eddie Merlot’s did not disappoint. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely Phenomenal. From the ambiance to the drinks and food, we were not disappointed. Our server Sean was knowledgeable, nice and overall great. We can’t wait to go back!
