   Waited over an hour for my food. My waiter forgot put to put the order in and then told me we were waiting on the chicken cook. When the food came out it was cold. He forgot to bring my ginger ale. It was cold. Unacceptable experience

   Our waiter Luis was phenomenal. He did the best he could but the restaurant was over booked for Valentine’s Day without enough staff. It took 1.5hrs to get our hour d’oeuvres. Although it was good it took and unacceptable amount of time. It took over two hours to get our food and my wife’s food was cold and the asparagus was undercooked. The drinks were great the first time we ordered them and then when we placed another order it took 30mins to come and didn’t taste good. I asked for the server to surprise for my wife on Valentine’s Day when I first booked the reservation and we never got the surprise. I am extremely disappointed in this place. The managers and owners really need to take a look at how many people the can handle with the staff that they had. The server commented that they had 600 reservations booked. That’s a lot with limited staff. I wish we would had never booked here. The manager didn’t even come to our table to apologize because of the issues we were experiencing.

   1st time eating here, Valentines Day. They offer a great experience. Merlot's was very busy and packed, but the service was great. Timing between drinks, bread, appetizers, and food was a great pace and likely even better outside a special event. The food was top-notch and they probably have some of the best Oysters Rockefeller I've had. All of the food was amazing and they have a nice variety. Excellent list of wines and cocktails. I don't drink, but they will make almost any cocktail non-alcoholic. Highly recommend.

   I took my girlfriend here for a romantic valentine’s dinner and WE BOTH LOVED our steaks. I would definitely recommend going with a New York strip steak or a ribeye if you want a fulfilling meal. We ordered a single side of garlic mashed potatoes and it was delicious! Our waitress was very helpful, kind, and brought us complimentary chocolate covered strawberries!! We will definitely be coming here again to get another bite here.

   The food was perfect and I don't say that often. Our waiter was excellent. It was my first time here and I am happy to say I found and new spot and will be back

   This was a good choice for the Valentines special porterhouse, vegetable side (ala carte) wine and two generous lobster tails. It was a little busy. The steak did not seem to be prime - we received medium-medium rare and it was seasoned well but was chewier than it should have been. Lobster tails were very ample and tasty. I’m not sure why a special dinner would not include at least one side. We enjoyed this dinner and lication

   Great experience. Our server, Antonio, was fantastic. He offered great recommendations on drinks and meals. He even sold us on dessert when we didn’t think we had any room left. We enjoyed our experience so much, we booked another reservation for tomorrow, with our Navy Boot Camp Graduation.

   They were all out of oysters. Their lemon “sorbet” looked and tasted like shaved ice with lemon flavoring. Fries didn’t seem fresh. Overall, definitely overpriced. Best thing was the waygu beef and our server Luis was attentive and checked on us regularly.

    Food and service are consistent which is why we keep coming back. We dined in the lounge and sat with Steve who was friendly and helpful. The complimentary dessert was very much appreciated
