Our chef selects each steak for the optimum proportion of marbling and texture before hand-cutting and seasoning the steaks to your specifications.     Service & food was poor. Had to ask multiple times for even water to be refilled. Food overcooked and cold with no flavor. Took an hour just to get drinks and bread. Overall a very disappointing dinner experience.

    When to dinner on Christmas had a reservation and sat down immediately. Food was prepared perfectly and waitress was very attentive. Great experience will visit next time in Pittsburgh

    The food was very nasty no flavor or taste. The food was over cook or under cooked it was almost like they didn’t even care how they brought it out to my family and I. I’m very disappointed the desert was even nasty. It’s a never again for me.

    This wasn’t our usual experience with their food. Typically, it’s very good, but on Christmas Day, it fell short. Most of the food was lukewarm, including the soup and sea bass, and the shrimp cocktail was disappointing—the shrimp seemed old. It felt like the kitchen staff might have been overwhelmed from a busy Christmas Eve, possibly running out of items or having a different team working due to the holiday. However, the service was outstanding. The valet, our waitress, and the rest of the staff were excellent. We also noticed they doubled our to-go desserts, likely as a kind gesture after seeing we didn’t finish some of our meals. I'll give them another try, just not on a holiday.

    Not crowded and crazy on Christmas Day. Our server was nice but some of the food did not come out right: -filet was definitely not “medium rare” although I chose not to send it back. - I ordered a side of broccoli after server (to her credit) told me Tempura Greene Beans were fried with shellfish item (I’m allergic). However I got Brussels Sprouts (which were good, but not ever I ordered). - Side of mashed potatoes were completely cold; sent those back but they finally came at the end of the meal. Still like the restaurant and will take Xmas rush into account… Our server’s back up was great and helped packed up all of our containers!

    Took 2 plus hours to get our entree and weren’t seated until 45 min past our reservation time. Manager came over and apologized and comped our entrees (steaks were severely overcooked after waiting 2 hours) but still tainted a Christmas Eve dinner

    My family and I attended dinner on Christmas Eve and, wow…it was a terrible experience. From the very start we waited nearly 30 minutes to get our drinks and to order food. Our server seemed to disappear for large spans of time. Then we noticed no one around us had food…then the fire alarm went off. At this point we were 90 minutes into our reservation and one member of the parties food came out and they were told “go ahead and eat, it will be a while on the rest”. When the remainder of the food came out it was either lukewarm, overcooked or undercooked. We actually ended up sending back the elk steak three times then finally giving up. It never was cooked but at one point was just thrown back on the grill after being eaten off of. All said and done the manager did comp our meal but we left hungry after three hours. Quite a disappointing experience, especially for a holiday.
