Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. The restaurant is beautiful. The dining room is nice and spacious. The food was excellent. Our server was very helpful, professional. I would definitely return.

I had the pleasure of being served by Francis during my visit, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. His warm personality and genuine care for our experience made the meal even more enjoyable.

Ariella , Ariella , Ariella ! My partner and I frequent steakhouses in Boston and I can 100% say I have never had the level of service Ariella gave us. My fiancé is pregnant and when we asked for the desert menu , first thing I said is wow they don’t have tiramisu. Ariella 5 minutes later shows up with a tiramisu cheesecake she ran to Cheesecake Factory to get for her. WHAT A ROCKSTAR YOU GUYS HAVE ! Eddie Vs has immediately jumped to my #1 steakhouse and I will be requesting Ariella every time. She embodies what customer service is all about. If you have any event coming up , please request her. If you’re her manager reading this , I beg you to promote her to run this business. If she can coach them to half of her service , you would have the best staff on the planet.

Absolutely delicious meal as always! Eddie Vs always goes above and beyond to make our experience the best. The service was great and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Not enough can be said about the South African lobster tail either!
